Happy Daze awaits you in this perfect vacation home! The spacious open floor plan is great for gathering with family and is roomy enough to entertain friends. With Saltillo tile floors throughout, a touch of tropical décor and a few antiques, this home is loaded with charm and personality. The living room furnishings are comfortable for watching TV, reading a book or even taking a nap. There is a new (2022) flat screen smart cable TV mounted over the gas fireplace and the wall-to-wall windows look out on a North-East facing patio and fairway beyond.
The dining area can easily seat six to eight, and guests will love the mix of comfortable chairs and even a “pew” used as bench seating. The updated kitchen has plenty of cupboards and storage space, ideal for extended stays, and lots of prep space, newer appliances and a wonderful bar with seating for visiting with your home-chef. The kitchen is well supplied for simple family meals or preparing and serving guests.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed, a chair by a sunny atrium window, flat screen cable TV, walk-in closet with loads of space for hanging clothes as well as a dresser. The en-suite has a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a window looking into the sunny atrium. Here you will also find a few antique touches such as the old school desk used as the nightstand, both charming and useful. Just across the hall is the guest bath with a shower/tub combination.
Through the wall-to-wall windows in the living room, you step onto a sunny back patio that overlooks the fairway. The patio is well furnished with an outdoor dining set and two occasional chairs. The landscaping is lush, and you’ll see hummingbirds everywhere! There is also a gas BBQ and trickling water feature.
The laundry area is located in the two-car garage just outside the front door. There is a pool and spa just across the street … only steps from the front door!
This home has high-speed internet and Spectrum Cable TV in living room and master bedroom. The living room has a smart TV.. There are no landlines so please be sure to bring your cell phone. The owners may consider a small dog. Please inquire first about the pet fee.
If desired, tenants may purchase an RFIT tag for their vehicle from the Security Gate for access in and out of the back gate. Woodhaven has an 18-hole community golf course that is open to the public and offers golfers an experience that is fun, fast and at a fair price. Woodhaven also has a tennis center and shop with eight public courts and four pickle ball courts, classes and leagues. Check Woodhaven Country Club website or call the clubhouse for current golf, tennis and pickleball fees and membership packages.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
