Each condominium will be cleaned just prior to your arrival and stocked with a minimum of supplies (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one mini bar of soap per bathroom vanity, bath and shower, one roll of kitchen paper towels, one kitchen wastebasket liner).  For short rentals of one week or less, sufficient supplies will be furnished for your stay. For one month or longer rentals, it will be necessary for guests to supply their needs.  The Properties are not guaranteed to have cleaning supplies, condiments or spices.  Any supplies left by prior guests can be used with no requirement to replace.

If you find any issues with the cleanliness of the property upon your arrival, immediately contact our office and we will send a housekeeper to correct the oversight as quickly as possible. Our office must be contacted immediately and not days later in your stay, or we cannot guarantee the clean.

Our cleaning staff is available for full service or light maid service during your stay, at very competitive rates.
