Sunny Days Ahead in this Beautiful Condo with 2 Primary Suites

This charming condo is the perfect “home away from home” and ideal for an extended stay.  Entering the courtyard gate and along the side of this home, you’ll find beautiful landscaping with palms, Mexican bird of paradise, succulents, and green grass.  Multiple patio settings wind around to the gated back yard.  There are two outdoor dining tables with seating, two chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun and the outdoor chef will enjoy the natural gas BBQ. The private back yard overlooks a greenbelt and is only steps from a pool.  The western exposure promises sunny afternoons and a peek at the snowcapped mountains in winter.

Through the front door you enter into a large dining space and a view into the large galley style kitchen.  The dining area seats six with comfortable mission style furnishings and is a great space not only for dining but large enough to set up your laptop for expanded workspace.  The kitchen has a handy bar/passthrough for serving meals and allows the cook to visit with dinner guests and family. 

The kitchen is well supplied with everything you’ll need for preparing everyday dinners or entertaining. The kitchen has beautiful, tiled counter tops and a double door refrigerator with in-door water and ice dispenser.  There is plenty of counter space and the cabinets are filled with cooking and serving ware. A wall of pantry-cabinets is ideal for storing food and supplies. 

A kitchen door leads directly to the two-car garage and laundry area.  There is no driveway space at this home and street parking is not permitted overnight, so please make sure cars will fit within the garage.  Additional guest parking is around the corner in front of the pool.

Just off the dining room is a powder room convenient for guests.

The living room is furnished with contemporary décor and can comfortably accommodate four to six with a large sofa and loveseat. It has a smart cable TV, gas fireplace and wet bar for entertaining. A sliding glass door leads to the side yard and adds light and fresh air to the living area.

This vacation home has two primary bedrooms with private en-suites. 

Primary bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed, and a comfortable chair is ideal for curling up with a book or watching TV.  It also has a ceiling fan; smart cable TV and a sliding glass door leads to a patio with table and seating. The spacious en-suite has been updated and has dual sinks, tile countertops and a beautiful walk-in shower.  There is also a walk-in closet and linen storage.

Primary bedroom #2, located at the opposite end of the condo, also has a queen size bed and a day bed that converts to two twins size beds.  It also has a ceiling fan and Spectrum cable TV.  The updated en-suite has dual sinks, tile countertops, a combination shower/tub, his and hers closets and linen storage. 

This charming two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is larger than most at 1,650 sq. ft. and has new carpet in bedrooms and living room.  It is well maintained and squeaky clean. Amenities include wi-fi, 3 cable TVs, 2 of them are “smart,” and a landline with free US and Canada calling.

This home is located in Desert Breezes, a gated community and lovely, welcoming neighborhood across from the famous Indian Wells Tennis Stadium off Fred Waring and Washington Street. It has community pools, alternately heated during the colder months, fitness center, clubhouse and lighted tennis courts.  Located within walking distance of the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium and a short distance from El Paseo Drive (the Rodeo Drive of the Desert) with many acclaimed restaurants, fantastic shops, art galleries, and lively bars and nightlife. If you’re a golfer, you can take your pick of world-class courses in the area; if you’re a hiker, be sure to spend a day exploring the Indian Canyons, or challenge yourself on the “Bump and Grind,” or one of many designated hiking trails. Other fun things to put on your calendar: The Thursday Night Village Fest in downtown Palm Springs, a day at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Empire Polo Grounds, the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Joshua Tree National Park, a drive through Box Canyon and the San Andres Fault, a shopping day at the Cabazon Outlets or a night testing your luck at one of the six Coachella Valley casinos.

Community pools are alternately heated during the cooler months.  

No Pets, No Smoking

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
