Updated Vacation Home with Spectacular Mountain, Lake & Fairway Views!
This beautifully updated condo has one of the best views in Monterey Country Club, located on the 5 East fairway and with spectacular western mountain views beyond.
Purchased the summer of 2023, the new owners have had many additional updates done such as new paint, new carpets, a fireplace added and professionally decorated and furnished throughout. At the time these photos were taken, owners were waiting to hang new art and add personal touches.
Walls have been removed from the original floor plan to open up the living room, dining room and kitchen, creating a large great room. The living room area has a sectional sofa, fire & ice fireplace, and mounted smart TV with cable channels, and tucked over in the corner is a table and four chairs ideal for gaming, playing cards or to set up as an office space. Running along the back of the living room are wall to wall windows and breathtaking views. Throw open the sliding glass doors and step out onto your extended back patio overlooking the fairway, lake with fountain and sunny western Mountain views providing perfect indoor-outdoor living!
The patio has been furnished with an outdoor dining table with seating for six, two chaise lounges, umbrellas, a gas BBQ Grill and a built-in gas firepit for those chilly evenings!
Back inside, the dining area has seating for six and there is bar seating for three at the kitchen counter, ideal for casual meals, entertaining or visiting with your home chef. The kitchen has updated Kitchen Aide appliances, a natural gas stove, granite countertop and custom cabinets. The cabinets are filled with supplies for guests who love to cook and entertain and there’s everything you’ll need to prepare and serve formal or casual meals.
The primary suite has a Cal-king bed and plenty of dresser and closet space for your extended vacation. There is also a mounted smart TV with Spectrum cable channels, ceiling fan and an updated en-suite with dual sinks, linen storage, and a walk-in shower.
Two guest bedrooms are furnished with smart TVs with Spectrum cable channels, one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two XL twin beds and ceiling fan.
Please Note: This home is listed as a two bedroom and can only sleep a maximum of four guests for stays of less than 28 days. This is in the City of Palm Desert ordinance and strictly adhered to. Please relay the full number of guests you will be expecting.
There is an updated hall bathroom with walk-in shower.
Located at the end of the hall is a laundry room with new front-load washer and dryer and direct access to the two-car garage.
Not a penny has been spared in furnishing and creating a relaxing, comfortable space for vacationing guests. It has quality furniture, luxurious bedding and linen, beautiful kitchen supplies and all the amenities you would expect in a 5-Star vacation home. There is high-speed wi-fi, smart TVs in the bedrooms and great room with Spectrum cable channels and a DVD player is located in the twin bedroom closet, plays movies on the living room TV. This home also has landlines with free US and Canada calling. Everything new and quality in summer 2023. It is a home where you will be happy to entertain guests.

No Pets and No Smoking!
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
