Expanded to approximately 2,150 S.F. this 3bed/3bath Sycamore plan has been professionally decorated throughout with old-world Tuscan charm.  From the vaulted ceilings and grand, custom brick fireplace to the comfortable furnishings, plantation shutters, stunning antique tapestry and beautiful art, to the wide screen TV, stereo with speakers, wet bar and added amenities, guest will feel immediately welcome and at home in the beautifully appointed great room.  No detail has been overlooked.

Throughout this vacation home you will notice the attention to detail with such amenities as the large selection of family, classic and children’s movies, and a few fun music concert DVDs.  There’s a closet full of family games including Wii, puzzles and books.

A gorgeous formal dining room boasts seating for six with a handy side-table for additional serving space, and the owner has provided fabulous dinner ware to set a beautiful table for any occasion. 

The kitchen is well stocked, suitable for a chef and has updated appliances, a convenient center island and a small breakfast table that seats two.  There’s a TV in the kitchen so even the family chef won’t miss their favorite TV show!

The den/family room has a comfortable sectional sofa ... 8 ft X 11 foot.  The room has doors that can be closed for privacy and there is a queen size blow-up mattress that can be used for two guests. The den also features a large flat-screen Smart TV with sound bar, DVD player and an assortment of movies, games and books.  A cozy spot for family gatherings.

The spacious and beautifully furnished primary bedroom is a perfect retreat.  A comfortable king size bed complete with luxurious bedding, flat screen Smart TV, beautiful private atrium with fountain and a spa-quality en-suite offers guests all the comforts of a world-class resort.  The en-suite has his and hers sinks, private lavatory and a walk-in shower.  Additional living space was added t and furnished as an office/sitting room.  There is a twin size trundle bed (two twin beds), perfect for additional sleeping space.  There is also a beautiful roll-top desk; an ideal spot for those seeking a quite space to work.  The room has doors that can be closed for privacy.

The guest bedroom could be considered a second, smaller primary bedroom and is also luxuriously appointed with a queen bed with quality bedding, flat screen TV and a private en-suite with walk-in shower.

This is not your “typical” vacation home.  It is well loved, well maintained, spotlessly clean and you will find that great care has been taken in providing a luxurious, comfortable setting for guests and their families.  Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and den are perfect for those nights when you want to sleep with the windows wide open and enjoy the fresh air, and skylights throughout brings in additional sunshine that everyone wants during the winter months.  The condo has a lovely, elevated setting on the most desired street in Palm Valley Country Club and is an end unit with spectacular western and southern mountain views, overlooking two fairways with a choice of pools with spas within close walking distance.  Wi-Fi, five flat-screen cable TVs (Smart TVs family room & primary bedroom) and landlines with answering machine and free US and Canada calling, complete the package.  Vacation Rentals of the Desert is proud to represent this amazing vacation home and we know our guests will love it too!

Owner may accept a dog.  Must inquire first for approval and there is a pet fee.  The owner has a poodle that occasionally visits the condo, and the living room sofa is down filled. There is a dog-gate stored in the garage that can be used to block off carpeted living room, etc. or on the back patio to fortify the gate for the smaller dogs.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
