One of the most beautiful remodels in Monterey Country Club. This condo is absolutely gorgeous and not your typical vacation home. The views are breathtaking and the south facing private side patio will probably be your very favorite living space.

New updates throughout were completed in December 2019 and this spacious 30 plan has everything you would expect in a luxury vacation home, and lots of surprising amenities. The decor is contemporary with a splash of Spanish Santa Fe charm throughout. From the Spanish tile floors, to the cushy bedroom carpets, hardwood doors, custom cabinets and dramatic wood plank ceiling, every detail has been carefully considered and selected with comfort, practicality and beauty in mind.

The great room has a huge wall of windows and sliding glass doors, cathedral ceilings, a beautiful atrium and a wall of mirrors, all working together to capture as much sunshine as possible. Through the windows and sliders you step onto a sizable back patio overlooking a fairway and the western mountain range beyond ... snow-capped in the winter. The great room has been comfortably furnished with sofa and chairs providing plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. Guests will enjoy the gas fireplace on the occasional nippy night and there is a large flat screen cable TV mounted just above the mantel. There is no DVD player in the living room but it is a "smart" TV, so don't forget to bring your passwords for streaming. The newly updated wet bar is both trendy and practical, perfect for guests who entertain or indulge in the occasional cocktail or two.

Just off the living space is a dining room with seating for six. For casual meals, there are three stools at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen is an absolute chef's dream. From ceiling to floor, the kitchen is the biggest "stand-out" of this home. The owners love to cook and entertain, and you will too!  The kitchen is beautifully supplied for preparing meals big and small, casual and formal, and features all new stainless appliances, custom cabinets, floating shelves, stone counter tops and plenty of prep space. This kitchen certainly has everything you will need to prepare family meals or entertain guests. There is a handy back door that leads to the patio with a gas BBQ, and a second kitchen door leads to the front patio where you can enjoy meals al fresco while watching a magnificent desert sunset or grab a mug of coffee in your bathrobe and sit in privacy enjoying the view.

The back patio has been furnished with a dining table that seats four. The front patio has multiple seating areas, which includes a comfortable living room set surrounding a tranquil water feature and firepit table, a dining table for six with umbrella and two chaise lounges. Open all the doors and sliders and you've doubled your living space ... perfect indoor/outdoor living!  Please note that tenants are responsible for refilling the firepit propane.

This home has three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep six people in beds. The primary bedroom has been furnished with a king size Sleep Number bed, which has dual controls so each side can be set separately for desired firmness, and has been made up with quality bedding. The master also has a comfortable reading chair and ottoman and has been fitted with cable TV and a DVD player. There is a sliding glass door that opens out to the front patio and a small seating area offering another great spot for your morning coffee ... and what a view to wake up to every morning! The update private en-suite is pretty amazing and fun! There are two showers ... one indoors and one outdoors, but don't worry, the outdoor shower is absolutely private! Both showers have hand-held shower sprayers, and the inside shower has grab bars. There are his and hers sinks, a seated vanity and lots of space to store your toiletries.

Both guest bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds made up with quality bedding and are fitted with cable TVs and DVD players. One guest bedroom also has a convenient built-in desk.

There is a shared hall bathroom which has been completely updated and has a tub/shower combination, grab bars and a stationary shower head.

The atrium located in the heart of this vacation home brings in lots of sunshine and sliding doors can be open to enjoy fresh air and also the relaxing sounds of the water fountain. This atrium truly adds beauty and ambience to this lovely home.

Other features of this home include land lines with Free US and Canada calling and high speed Wi-Fi. There is a separate laundry room inside the condo which leads to the attached garage. The owners have stored a golf cart in the garage so there is only enough room for one car inside the garage, but there is plenty of space in the driveway for an additional two cars. Sorry but due to liability, the golf cart can not be used by rental guests.

This home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, has both west facing and south facing patios and is within walking distance to a pool and spa. It is also not far from the North gate of Monterey Country Club.

No Smoking and No Pets.

Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests.  Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
