The 1,300 sq ft condo has new tile floors and paint throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms and new contemporary furnishings. It is light, bright and squeaky clean!
The living room has a “smart” cable TV so don’t forget your streaming apps. There is a gas fireplace, wet bar, comfortable seating and great views through the patio windows and sliding glass door.
The dining room area has seating for six and there is bar seating for two at the kitchen counter. The updated kitchen is very well equipped, has plenty of cabinet storage and lots of counter space for meal-prep.
The primary suite has been furnished with a king bed with quality bedding, ceiling fan and en-suite with his and hers vanity and shower-tub combination with safety grab bar.
The guest bedroom is like a second primary suite and has been furnished with a queen bed, quality bedding, ceiling fan and has direct access to the hall bathroom with walk-in shower.
There is an entry courtyard that offers a private sitting area, and the well-furnished back patio offers an amazing view! Fairway, lake, sand trap and panoramic southern mountains views with sunshine all day! There is also a propane BBQ located on the back patio along with a pub table, dining table that seats four and two additional chairs with ottomans.
Just off the courtyard is a two-car garage with laundry area set to the side.
This home has wi-fi and “smart” cable TV in the living room. It is very well maintained and much loved by new owners who are happy to share their vacation home with caring guests. It’s squeaky clean, well equipped, comfortable and bound to be a “favorite” vacation home among our guests. Contact us quickly … this one will not last long.
This vacation home is located close to two pools & spas. The pools are heated alternate years.
No smoking and no pets please.
The Oasis Country Club is semi-private and features a 60-par executive golf course with 22 lakes, a Ted Robinson designed 18-hole putting course, putting green and practice driving range. There are three lighted courts: one tennis court, one multi-purpose court (tennis/pickleball), and one pickleball court. The Clubhouse facility offers a beautiful dining room and lounge with views of the 1st tee and 18th hole. Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Oasis front gate is only manned from 6 a.m. until midnight. Tenant's must initially enter before midnight. Tenants will then need to go to the HOA office at the clubhouse to register and can arrange to have their cell phone added to the call box. Vacation Rentals of the Desert does not have access to the property between midnight and 6 a.m. so it is important that all tenants register with the HOA office.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
