The kitchen also overlooks the patio, fairways and mountains, and has been updated and is fully stocked with cookware and serving ware for entertaining family and friends.  Just like home, guests will love the gas range, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and the convenience of having an eat-in kitchen with casual dining for four. 

The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed and quality bedding and has a flat screen cable TV. There is also a walk-in closet with dressers and plenty of storage space to hang clothes or store your luggage, etc.  The en-suite has a his and hers vanity and a walk-in shower.

There are two guest bedrooms … one with a king size bed, comfortable new bedding and a cable TV and the second guest bedroom has been furnished with two twin beds that can be easily joined to make a king, comfortable new bedding and a cable TV.  This twin bedroom also has a built-in office space with a sizable desk and a wireless printer. 

The guest bath, located in the hallway, has a combination tub/shower.

The extended back patio looks over an expansive double fairway, (North 5th and 6th) and the Chocolate Mountains beyond.   It is furnished with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining that seats four, two chaise lounges and two comfortable chairs with ottomans.  Easily, the perfect spot for your morning coffee while watching golfers play through or dining al fresco while enjoying a gorgeous desert sunset.

This home has an attached garage with ample parking for two cars.
                        
This home is directly across the street from a pool and spa and the location is ideal for guests who enjoy walking.  Located just outside the Rancho Las Palmas back gate, in minutes, guests can walk to the weekend College of the Desert Street Fair, and for a longer walk, to Trader Joe`s or the Palm Desert Mall.   Just outside the front gate is The River Center which offers dining, shopping and a multi-plex movie theater.  Also, outside the front gate is the Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center which has a Starbucks, Hobby Lobby and several wonderful restaurants. Rancho Las Palmas Country Club has a full-service club house with dining, bar and snack bar as well as golf and tennis pro shops and is located on a premier 27-hole golf course, has 26 swimming pools and hot tubs and one of the most desirable tennis facilities in the area. The Omni Rancho Las Palmas Hotel and Resort also share the grounds and offers even more restaurants, facilities, and a world class spa.

This home is dog friendly, but please ask first before bringing your four-legged family member!   We will need prior approval from the homeowner and will explain the mandatory pet fee.

This is an exceptional vacation home and bound to be a client favorite … we’re sure once you’ve vacationed in this home, you’ll want to return to it, again and again and again.

Note: There is no screen over the living room sliding glass door. The entire door and frame will need to be replaced in the future but cannot be done at this time. Sliding glass door does open, but no screen door.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
