This stunning vacation home has all the amenities of home plus so much more!  Located on a gorgeous fairway with lake, fountain, and Canadian Geese when in season, this 1800 sq ft condominium has 2 bedrooms plus a media room and office.  Everything you need for a short or extended stay in the desert.

Through the front gate you’re welcomed to a courtyard with two seating areas providing a lovely spot in the shade for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.  These are among the many relaxing touches you find within this vacation home.

The living room has high ceilings and is beautifully furnished with comfortable seating around a large flat screen “smart” TV with Spectrum Cable app and has stunning golf course views through the wall of windows.  The easy chair is electric and has a handy USB plug for your tablet or cell phone.  A bar area has been added between the kitchen and living area with bar-height seating on both sides, perfect for casual meals in front of the TV or visiting with the cook.  There is a handy “Alexa” located on the bar that will provide music and help with many of your chores and questions.   There is also a gorgeous formal dining area with seating for six, with matching place setting for entertaining guests.

The kitchen has updated stainless appliances, granite counter tops and recessed lighting.  It is well supplied with everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve family meals or entertain guests.  It also has that same spectacular golf course view from the window and through sliding glass doors that lead to the patio.

The spacious brick patio has two outdoor dining areas that each seat four and two chaise lounges.  There is also a heat lamp for nippy evenings.  We ask that tenants be responsible for refilling propane.  There is also a built-in “Ducane” natural gas BBQ that is reputed to make the most delicious “steakhouse” quality meal!   The extended back patio overlooks the 3 North fairway.

Back inside, the atrium has been converted into a media room and has two electric easy chairs as in the living room, a ceiling fan, skylight, and large flat screen “smart” TV with Spectrum Cable app.  Through barn doors you’ll find a home-office with sofa bed and an exercise bike for those who care to use it.  The barn doors can be closed for privacy, making this a comfortable sleeping space.

The primary suite is located at the end of the hallway.  The owners have just furnished it with a new king bed (summer 2021).  A firm Sterns & Foster with pillow top.  The suite has a large flat-screen cable TV with DRV box, ceiling fan and walk-in closet.  The on-suite has a vanity and walk-in shower.

A lovely guest bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, smart TV with Spectrum cable app, ceiling fan and windows that look out onto the entry courtyard.

The guest bath has a shower/tub combination.

The laundry area is located in the hallway and the garage is accessed through a door in the entry courtyard.  There is space in the garage for two vehicles as well as parking in the driveway.  The condo is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street and is a very short walk to the pool and spa. 

This entire home is squeaky clean, has all tile floors with area rugs added for comforter and high-quality furnishing, linens and bedding.  There are four TVs.  The living room has a smart TV with Spectrum Cable app.  The master bedroom has cable TV with a DVR box.  The guest bedroom has a smart TV with Spectrum cable app.  The media room has a smart TV with Spectrum cable app and DVR box.  There are land lines with free US and Canada calling and High-Speed Internet. 


Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
