This spacious 1,900 + sq. ft. vacation home has 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room has plenty of seating around the newly updated fire and ice electric fireplace with mounted "smart: cable TV and looks out to a gorgeous double lake view with a fairway and mountains beyond.
The dining area has seating for six and there is additional dining for three at the pub table in the kitchen.
The kitchen has been updated with new countertops, cabinets, and stainless appliances. It is well supplied for cooking and entertaining family and friends.
The sunny back patio has outdoor dining for four and a propane BBQ for your outdoor chef. Enjoy spectacular sunsets while dining al fresco.
There is a cozy den with a large sectional, easy chair and mounted "smart" cable TV.
The master bedroom suite has a comfortable California king bed and a TV with streaming only (no cable). There is also a small private courtyard through sliding glass doors, which is a perfect play area for a small dog. The en-suite has a garden bathtub/shower combination with safety bars, his and hers sinks and a vanity with stool.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to the guest bathroom.
The guest bathroom has been newly updated with a single sink and a walk-in shower.
The combination laundry room/power room is located just off the entry. And the garage is accessed outside the property and has room for two cars.
This vacation home is located very close to the main gate and easy walking distance to a pool and spa. It has wi-fi and cable TV in the living room and den and streaming TV only in the master bedroom. This home does not have a landline, but owner may consider adding a phone with US and Canada calling for bookings of 3 month or longer. Please inquire first.
Owner may consider a small dog but will require a pet fee. Please inquire first before booking for owner approval.
Palm Valley is a private country club and guests have limited access to facilities. Please contact Palm Valley Country Club directly for specific information on access.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
