This beautiful 2 bedroom + den home has everything you need to enjoy a desert vacation. A contemporary living room with a large TV mounted above the fireplace and bar, this lovely home includes a baby grand piano tuned and ready to play for your guests or your own enjoyment! The formal dining room provides seating for four and the kitchen offers additional counter seating for four. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler. The den offers a computer, printer and desk as well as a door to provide privacy. Additional sleep space is available on a full size futon and a lounge chair that folds out to a twin size bed. A large flat-screen HD Cable TV is also in the den to create its own entertainment venue. With a sunny western exposure, the patio is well furnished for outdoor entertaining and provides spectacular views of the fairway, pool and mountain. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, cable TV and an en-suite with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed and flat screen TV. Wireless Internet iis available for your own laptop and the phone offers free local, U.S. and Canada long distance service. Owner will consider a small dog, please inquire in advance of reservation about pet deposit.
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
