This two bedroom, three bath townhome style condo has been totally updated and newly furnished.  It’s nestled against the San Jacinto mountains and offers stunning views from two balconies and the private courtyard.

Entering through the private courtyard, you’ll find a beautifully furnished patio surrounding an in-ground Spanish-tiled hot tub, lush landscaping, and natural gas BBQ.  Umbrellas provide shade on sunny days or enjoy total privacy in the hot tub under a star-filled sky.

Inside, the bright and sunny great room has high ceilings, windows and French doors overlooking the courtyard.  The great room is spacious, open and perfect for entertaining family and friends.  It has been furnished in a beautiful mix of modern and contemporary décor with special attention to comfort and amenities for vacationing guests.  A large flat screen Smart TV with cable has been placed so it is visible from the living room seating area as well as the kitchen.  The kitchen has been completely updated with custom cabinets, stainless Viking appliances, gas stove, and a deep farmhouse sink.  There is also a convenient walk-in pantry.

The dining area features a glass-top table with seating for six and there is bar seating for four at the kitchen island. 

Just off the kitchen is a bathroom with a wonderful clawfoot soaking tub.  The owner has even provided a bathtub caddy for propping up the latest best-selling novel complete with candle and a spot to hold your glass of wine!  A “perfectly” relaxing room!

Upstairs you’ll find two primary bedrooms with private en-suites.  The larger primary has a comfortable queen bed with quality bedding, cable TV and a private balcony with pub table, seating and mountain views.  There is a walk-in closet with lots of built-in storage as well as a second closet in the en-suite, with walk-in shower, single vanity and private water closet.

The second primary bedroom has been furnished with two new queen beds with quality bedding and a flat-screen TV.  The en-suite has a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Just off the 2nd bedroom and hallway is a large balcony with sofa, chairs and gorgeous mountain views.  In the upstairs hallway is a handy wet bar with refrigerator convenient for guests to cool beverages, wine and snacks. Enjoy your morning coffee or the cocktail hour while taking in the amazing views from the upper decks.

There is direct access to the garage from the kitchen hallway and located inside the corner of the garage is a dedicated laundry room with new front-load washer and dryer, storage, utility sink and a built-in ironing board.  The owners have a personal car stored in the garage.  There is ample room for one additional car in the garage and guest parking close by.

This home has high speed wi-fi and land lines with free US and Canada calling.  Because of the hot tub, there is a cap on gas and electric usage.  Please inquire about the cost.  The home has a “smart” TV with Spectrum cable channels in the living room.  The master bedroom has Spectrum cable TV, and the guest bedroom has a TV but does not have cable and it is not “smart,” so there are limited TV channels in the guest bedroom.  There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms and all floors are hardwood.  The community pool is located just a few steps from the front door.  This home is well loved, well maintained and squeaky clean.

Ironwood is a private club.  Please contact Ironwood directly for access to club services and amenities. Most services are not available to tenants, so please make sure to call. Ironwood is located just South of The Living Desert and close to El Paseo, dining, shopping, entertainment, and hiking trails.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage.  Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

Note:  This is a two-story townhome style condo, so there are steps to the upstairs bedrooms as well as to the condo entrance and courtyard.  There are also steps into the garage.  The front entry patio is small and care must be taken around the hot tub/spa.  This property may not be suitable for young children.
