This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath condo has a mid-century vibe with a touch of Palm Spring glam. Overlooking the North 7th fairway and the spectacular San Jacinto Mountain range beyond, guests will enjoy Western sunsets and views of snow-capped mountains during the winter months. The back patio is beautifully furnished with a dining table that seats six, two chaise lounges and a retractable awning for warm afternoons.

The private entry patio was designed for outdoor entertaining and is certain to be a favorite place for dining and entertaining. Your outdoor chef will love the built-in BBQ with gas burner surrounded by Spanish tiles creating plenty of counter space, and being just outside the front door, it is convenient to the kitchen and dining room. There is a beautiful stone table that seats four for dining al fresco, a retractable awning provides shade in the summer and a mounted wall heater for cooler evenings in the winter. (we are sorry but the standing heater shown in picture, is not working)

Inside is a spacious living area with cathedral ceiling and a wall of mirrors that reflect the sunlight and brightens the room. Comfortable sofa and chairs surround the 65” “smart” cable TV or leave the TV off and enjoy the Western Mountain views through the wall-to-wall windows. The views are visible throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The dining area just off the living room has seating for six, and just beyond is the new updated kitchen … and it is stunning!

Completely updated the, the kitchen has white custom cabinets, stainless appliances, and pristine white marbled quartz countertops with a waterfall island. A wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed and now has unobstructed views throughout the entire main living areas. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you will need to create family meals or entertain guests. The homeowner loves to cook, and it shows.

The primary suite has been appointed with a comfortable king bed, quality bedding, beautiful true mid-century furniture, cable TV, and has direct access to the back patio through sliding glass door. Wake up to mountain views every morning! The private en-suite has an updated walk-in shower and the original “pretty-in-pink” vanity is a fun touch that’s true to the décor and vibe of the condo.

The guest bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable king bed and quality bedding. It has direct access to the front entry patio through a sliding glass door. The layout of this condo is almost that of two primary suites. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo, offering perfect separation and privacy and both are furnished with king beds.

Just outside the guest bedroom is a full bath with a combination shower/tub, and has the original, fun seafoam green vanity top.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage, just off the front entry patio.

This home has been freshly painted throughout (summer 2021) and has new tile floors in the great room/kitchen areas. Both bedrooms are carpeted. The new owners have update most of the condo and taken great care to furnish and supply the home for the comfort and enjoyment of themselves as well as their rental guests. It is squeaky clean, well-organized, uncluttered, and in tip-top maintenance. This home has high speed wi-fi but no land lines, so please make sure to bring your cell phone!  There is a two-car garage and room to park two vehicles in the driveway. The pool and spa are within close walking distance.

Owners may consider a small dog on an extended stay, decided on a case-by-case basis and with pre-approval. If accepted, there will be a pet fee, so please inquire first.

Note:  During the off season months, May to the end of September, there is a Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
