Entering the home, you will come to a stunning sunken living room with high ceilings and plenty of windows that bring in sunshine and natural light during the day. In the evenings the recessed lighting adds ambiance to the space. Comfortable contemporary furnishings surround a gas fireplace. Add in the wet bar and you have a great space for entertaining family and friends. The south facing sliding glass door leads out to two dining areas and a stunning back yard with pool and spa offering perfect indoor-outdoor living.
Out back, lush landscaping surround multiple patios, a large sparkling pool and spa, and a propane BBQ grill for your outdoor chef (owner provides one tank per booking). The poolside patios offer perfect outdoor living with sunshine all day and shaded areas along the house for morning coffee. The pool gets both East and South facing sunshine and the surrounding walls and bushes provide privacy without obstructing peeks at the mountains.
Back inside, guests will delight at all the amenities this home has to offer. This home is new on the vacation rental market as of October 2023. It has been lovingly decorated and appointed by owners who have just recently decided to share it with seasonal guests. It is well maintained and squeaky clean. The home has been tastefully decorated in comfortable contemporary furnishings throughout. The main living areas of this home have all tile floors as well as the den, the three bedrooms are carpeted. There are two TVs, both with Roku for streaming and high-speed Wi-Fi. The owners will consider adding landlines with free US and Canada calling for booking of 3 months or longer, but please inquire first for owner approval.
The formal dining room off the kitchen seats six and overlooks a south facing patio. There is a convenient buffet to the side, perfect for serving and filled with all the table dressings, placemats, etc. that you’ll need to set a beautiful table.
The kitchen has been fully updated and has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The range is gas and there is an in-door water and ice dispenser on the French-Door refrigerator. This home is fit for a chef and has been beautifully supplied with anything and everything you could possibly need to prepare small meals or entertain guests. Tucked into the corner, enjoy mountain views at the kitchen table. With seating for four it’s a perfect spot for morning coffee, casual meals or visiting with your home chef.
The primary suite is your private sanctuary. Located at the very back of this vacation home, the spacious suite has been furnished with a comfortable king bed with high-quality bedding, a large Roku TV, writing desk with chair, ceiling fan and through sliding glass doors, steps out to a poolside patio with seating. The en-suite has his and hers sinks with seated vanity, a walk-in shower and a raised soaking tub, and door leading to the pool and spa.
The two guest bedrooms are both furnished with comfortable queen beds, quality bedding, Roku TVs, ceiling fans and private en-suites, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a combination shower/tub.
Originally a fourth bedroom, the owners have repurposed this room and created a cozy den with a sectional sofa, Eames style chair and large Roku TV. This room also has a private en-suite that works as a guest bathroom.
There is a dedicated laundry room and a two-car garage with direct access into the home.
This home is located just off Hovely and one short block to Temple Siani. It is also within walking distance to two shopping centers with groceries, a Starbucks and dining.
