Sunny Days & Stary Nights! Start your day off with coffee on the sunny back patio overlooking the 4th and 5th South fairways. Then take just a few steps into the pool, which is so close it almost feels private. The patio is south facing and has been furnished with table and chairs to seat four and two lounge chairs. Enjoy the sun and panoramic mountain views all day long or sneak in a bit of time in the hot tub under the stars.
This sunny, bright condo is decorated throughout in comfortable contemporary furnishings with many amenities that guests will appreciate for their short or extended stay. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa, a couple of occasional chairs and a flat screen cable TV with Roku for streaming. It has a high ceiling and wall-to-wall windows looking out to the sunny south facing back patio and views beyond.
The dining area seats four with chairs on rollers for easy use, and there is additional seating at the kitchen pass-through bar.
The kitchen has beautiful stainless appliances, a gas stove and is very well stocked for casual cooking or entertaining. There is also a breakfast nook with seating for four.
The master bedroom has been furnished with a king bed and flat screen TV with cable channels. The private en-suite has his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is located at the opposite end of the condo, providing great bedroom separation and lots of privacy. It has been furnished with a queen bed, a flat screen smart TV with cable channels, and direct access to the guest bath, giving it the feel of a second master suite.
The guest bath also has access from the hallway and is appointed with his and hers sinks and a tub/shower combination.
Just outside the guest bath is the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer.
The private, gated entry courtyard has been furnished with a table setting for two and has a very fruitful lemon tree … perfect for cocktails or fresh lemonade. The garage is accessed through the courtyard. The owner stores their personal golf cart in the garage (sorry, not for tenant use), but there is still room for one car to park inside the garage and two cars in the driveway.
Other amenities include a propane BBQ grill on the back patio, Wi-Fi and free local, US and Canada calling.
Please, no smoking and no pets.
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
