Walls have been moved to open the kitchen to the great room which has increased the size of the kitchen as well as doubled the original counter space.  This is truly a chef’s kitchen and will delight all cooks.  With custom cabinets and walk-in pantry there is plenty of room for guests to store groceries and the owners have filled the cabinets with gorgeous severing and cookware … everything guests will need to prepare everyday meals or entertain guests.  The huge center is a showstopper and also acts as the dining table and comfortably seats six.   

Through the wall-to-wall windows and sliding glass door in the great room, step on to a west facing extended back patio overlooking the West 4th fairway and mountains beyond.  The patio is furnished with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining for six.

The atrium has been converted and added to the third bedroom and the owner has furnished this extra-large room as a den/sitting room/office.  There is a high-end sofa bed that was selected specifically for sleeping comfort, so this room can be used as a sleeping room and has doors that can be closed for privacy.  There is also a large, mounted flat-screen cable TV and desk, perfect for your lap-top.

This is a stunning home and squeaky clean.  All tile floors throughout with area rugs added for comfort.  High quality mid-century modern furnishings throughout and beautiful bedding and linens.  This vacation home has lots of extra details and amenities.  The indoor laundry room leads to the attached garage.  Wi-Fi provided as well as land lines with free US and Canada calling.  The pool and spa are just steps away on a quiet street and you will be within a ten-minute walk from The River shopping and entertainment area across from the front gate, and just a five-minute walk from the Omni Resort and the Rancho Las Palmas Clubhouse.

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

Unfortunately we had to leave almost 2 weeks early because of the COVID 19 virus situation so we missed enjoying it for a full month. Beautiful place.
