Off the great room you will find a dining area that comfortably seats six and offers additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.  This is a great home for entertaining!  The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances, including a fabulous Viking stove, GE Monogram refrigerator, microwave and ovens and Bosch dishwasher.  Fit for a chef.  The bar between the kitchen and dining area provides additional work space, seating for casual dining or a spot for guests to visit with the cook.  The kitchen is very well supplied with just about everything you can think of.

The third bedroom and atrium have been converted into the most convenient and comfortable multi-purpose room; acting as a den with cable TV, office with built-in desk, Wi-Fi and phone, it also has a full size Murphy bed.  This room has doors that can be closed for privacy when used as a sleeping room.  And there are cabinets full of books, games and puzzles!

The primary suite has contemporary furnishings, a king size bed with quality bedding and a flat screen cable TV.  The updated private bath has his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. 

The guest bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed, quality bedding and a flat screen cable TV.

The updated guest bath has a single sink and walk-in shower.

A separate laundry room leads to the attached garage. 

The back patio is located just outside the living room and kitchen and overlooks the South 2nd fairway.  There is a gas Weber BBQ, two chaise lounges and a dining table that seats six.  Enjoy a BBQ in the sun or a lovely desert sunset while dining al-fresco. 

This home has high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV throughout, DVD player and free U.S. and Canada calling.  Owner may consider a small dog.  Pet fee is required so please inquire first.

Located within a short walk from the pool and spa and walking distance to the weekend College of the Desert Street Fair.


Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
