This lovely, sunny free-standing home (F plan) offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with approximately 1,215 square feet of vacation living space and will comfortably sleep up to four adults. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. Decorated throughout with comfortable desert contemporary furnishings and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation home. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with a cozy living room setting around a gas fireplace. This home offers cable television in the living room and both bedrooms. Completely turnkey furnished including washer, dryer and BBQ. The oversized private courtyard offers exceptional outdoor living, lush landscaping and is the ideal location for sunset barbecue or morning coffee. The courtyard features a large patio table and chair set under a shaded patio area with ceiling fan. There is a second patio off the living and dining room area that offers a northeastern view overlooking an expansive greenbelt and lots of morning sun. This lovely vacation home is just steps away from a pool and spa and directly across the street from the fabulous tennis club and courts. An ideal location for the tennis enthusiast!  Tenants also have full access to the on-site fitness center.  The owners are animal lovers and will consider a dog. Please inquire regarding pet policies prior to reserving this property. Wireless Internet connection is available.  For prospective Canadian guests, owners will consider adding land line phones depending on length of stay.  Please inquire first ... otherwise guests will need to use their personal cell phones.  The living room and primary suite have Smart TVs. There is an attached two car garage however the owner has stored a trailer on one side.  This is room for one car in the garage, two in the driveway and there is guest parking directly across the street.


Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

Silver Sands Racquet Club has a 14-night rental minimum.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.

The property we rented through VRD was extremely well-maintained, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. VRD staff were friendly, knowledgable and available with any help we needed. We are renting through VRD again next year and highly recommend them for vacation rentals in Palm Desert.
