Originally a two bedroom, 2 bath 200 plan, this condo has been significantly remodeled and updated throughout.  The atrium has been enclosed and made into a den/bedroom and a kitchen wall has been opened up to create a “great room.”  This is a beautiful home that sleeps up to six.

The great room with high ceilings has been furnished with a large comfortable sectional sofa, two occasional chairs and a large mounted flat-screen “smart” TV with cable, so guests can easily add their personal streaming apps.  On the far side of the room, a table with seating for up to six is located by the wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door leads to the back patio. 

Throw open the sliding glass doors for perfect indoor/outdoor living.  The extended back patio has spectacular Southern Mountain views and sun all day long!  It is furnished with an outdoor dining set for four and two chaise lounges, gas BBQ and has easy access to the kitchen.

The kitchen, overlooking the back patio, fairway and mountains beyond has been completely updated with new custom cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove and the pass-thru bar looks directly out over the dining and living areas.  The owners love to cook so the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare casual meals or entertain friends.

The den/bedroom has a high-quality queen sofa-sleeper with inflatable mattress and a gorgeous barn door that can be closed off for privacy. 

The primary bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable king size bed, quality bedding and “smart” flat-screen cable TV.  The beautiful en-suite has a dual vanity and walk-in shower. 

The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with quality bedding.  The guest bath has a single vanity and shower/tub combination.

There is a dedicated laundry closet in the hallway with new washer and dryer and the two-car garage is accessed outside in the entry courtyard.  There is also room to park two cars in the driveway.

Floors throughout are wood laminate for a clean, modern look.  This is a much-loved family home that is well maintained and cared for.  It has cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, high-speed wi-fi and the owners will consider adding phone lines with free US and Canada calling for guests with longer stays but you must inquire first for owner approval.

This condo has an ideal location across from the clubhouse in the heart of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.  The pool and spa are also within close walking distance, just across the street.  Rancho Las Palmas sits on a 27-hole golf course and has a premier tennis club and clubhouse dining and events during season.  The location is within easy walking distance to “The River” entertainment and shopping venue just across from the front entrance gate.  Walk to various restaurants, muti-plex movie theater, shopping and many businesses.  It is also close to the Omni Resort with a world-class spa and dinning open to the public.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
