What a great spot to relax and enjoy your desert vacation.  This wonderful home is comfortably furnished and chock-full of personality and fun for the entire family.  Once this home was a very popular short-term rental, now it caters to families and friends who are looking for a home to spread out and enjoy lengthier stays, but it still has all the amenities you would expect in a weekend fun-spot.  The private back and side yards have been set up for perfect outdoor living and offers activities for everyone.  A sizeable saltwater pool and spa, several shaded and sunny, sitting & dining areas, a gas firepit, BBQ, putting green, ping-pong table, and for some “old-school” fun, a full-size foosball table. 
 
The entire home has been furnished mid-century-modern with added pops of color throughout, and an emphasis on comfort.  Walls were removed to create an open concept in the main living areas and offers a spacious, inviting space for family gatherings and entertaining.  A large living room provides comfortable seating in front of a mounted flat-screen TV.  The dining room seats six and there is additional bar seating for six.  There are additional chairs stored in the closet for more dining table seating.  The kitchen is well supplied, whether cooking for two or eight, and there is plenty of prep and storage space.
 
The primary suite has a comfortable king size bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite with walk-in shower.
 
Two guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.  All three guest bedrooms have ceiling fan, closets, dressers, and flat-screen TVs.
 
The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
 
All TVs in this home are “smart” and are streaming accessible, however they do provide some movies and various national channels.  Don’t forget to bring along your streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows!  There is a DVD/VHS player in the living room and this home has high-speed internet.  Bring along your cell phones!  There are no land lines, however, for a multiple month stay, owner will consider adding phones with free US and Canada calling.  Same for TV cable … the owner may add local cable to the living room TV if you are staying for multiple months, but please inquire first for approval.
 
Dogs may be accepted at this home, but there is a pet fee and we must receive owner approval first.  Please inquire about policies and pet fee prior to booking.
 
The garage is locked and not for use to guests.  There is plenty of room in the driveway for two cars and additional street parking for guests if needed.
 
This is an all-around great vacation home.  It has just about everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable and fun and is located in the very heart of the desert.  Only one mile to shopping, restaurants, art galleries and entertainment on renowned El Paseo and just 5 short miles to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. This family friendly neighborhood is perfect for walking. Less than one mile to Palm Desert Civic Center Park and Aquatic Center.  Just a tad further and you will enjoy strolling through College of the Desert weekend Street Fair.  Close to the popular "Bump & Grind" hiking & bike trails.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
