Guests will enjoy perfect desert living in this updated, luxury family home.  This spacious 2,620 square foot vacation home has been newly updated and furnished in 2020.  It is a light, bright and cheerful home with high ceilings, new floors with area rugs (no carpets), and an abundance of windows letting in plenty of desert sunshine.

Walking through the front door, you enter into a great room with a beautifully decorated formal living area and back yard views through a wall of windows that will “wow” you.  With a mix of contemporary and mid-century modern décor, this room is bright, inviting and a comfortable space for entertaining guests or relaxing with a book. 
Just off the formal living area is a den with ceiling fan and a comfortable oversized sectional positioned in front of a large smart TV with cable networks and DVD player.  Tucked into the far corner of the den is a foosball table ready for some “old-school” fun!
Behind the den, beyond a short pony wall, is the kitchen and dining area.  This unique arrangement allows TV viewing from the kitchen or the dining table and is sure to be the heart of your family gatherings.  The dining area has a pub height table that seats eight and a sideboard buffet that offers additional serving space.

The kitchen has been updated with new granite countertops and gorgeous stainless appliances including a professional gas range and oven that the chef in your family will fall in love with!  The kitchen has been supplied with just about anything a cook would need to prepare casual meals for eight or set a lovely table when entertaining guests.

Through the kitchen sliding glass doors, you’ll find a natural gas BBQ grill and one of the most picturesque back yards you can imagine.  Lots of green grass, shrubs and lush landscaping, palms, fruit, and shade trees (one with a tree swing), surround a lagoon style swimming pool and spa.   Under a Pergola just outside the living room windows, is a shaded outdoor living space with sofas and chairs.  There is also two chaise lounge chairs and a few stackable occasional chairs that can be used if you need additional seating.  This back yard is breathtaking and provides perfect desert indoor/outdoor living!

Back inside are four bedrooms and three baths.  The master suite is at the far north-east wing of the house and provides a quite sanctuary for the head of the household.  This oversized suite has been furnished with a comfortable king size bed with quality bedding, a mounted flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing away from family and guests.  This bedroom also has sliding glass door access to the back yard and pool.  The en-suite has his and hers vanities, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.  There is also a huge walk-in closet that provides plenty of space for clothing as well as luggage storage.

There are two guest bedrooms on the east wing of this home.  One has been furnished with a comfortable king bed, quality bedding, a mounted flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan and plenty of closet space to store clothing.  The second guest bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable queen bed with quality bedding, mounted flat screen smart TV, a ceiling fan and closet space to store clothing.

The hall bathroom is a shared space for these two guest bedrooms.  It has his and hers vanities and a walk-in shower.

There is a third guest bedroom on the south-west wing of the home, just off the den.  This room has two twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king.  This room also has a ceiling fan and closet space to store clothing.

Just outside this bedroom is a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.  This bathroom also has convenient access to the great room and can act as a powder room.  Across from this bathroom, behind double doors, is the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Through a door at the far end of the den, there is direct access to a two-car garage. 

This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within a lovely neighborhood of beautiful, well-established homes.  It is a peaceful area that is ideal for a quiet, relaxing stay and is perfect for two couple with guests, or a family of up to eight.

This is a beautiful spacious property and is a first-time vacation home in the fall of 2020.  Updated and furnished as a second home, this property is not your typical rental.  The care, maintenance and amenities reflect a cherished, well-loved family home, and the owners are looking for just the right guests to share their home with.  This home has solar, which helps with electric cost on the utility cap. There is cable TV in the den only.  The master and king guest bedrooms have smart TV’s with local channels and accessibility to a variety of movies, so guests should remember to bring their streaming accounts along for their visit.  This home also has high-speed internet, perfect for streaming movies on your portable devises or working from home.  Be sure to bring your cell phones.  At this time there are no land lines, but for longer stays, owners will consider adding phone lines with free US and Canada calling, but we must receive owner approval first.

Owners may consider a small dog, but we must have owner approval first and there is a pet-fee. 

NOTE:  There is a cap on gas and electric of $200 per month. The gas and electric meters are read on the day of guest arrival and again on the day of departure. The owner will pay the first $200 per month of the combined gas and electric charges. Usage in excess of the cap will be deducted from the security deposit to reimburse the owner. A full accounting will be provided 30 to 45 days from guest departure date, allowing time for owners to receive and submit their gas and electric bills to Vacation Rentals of the Desert, and any deposit funds remaining will be refunded per the terms of the Vacation Rental Contract.  If guest usage of gas and electric exceeds the security deposit the guest is responsible for the overage. The overage will be charged to the card on file after the guest has an opportunity to review the utility usage calculations.

Working with Joaquin to find the right property was fabulous. Once we landed at Castle Court whenever small issues arose the team was exceptional. Jessie was great getting our wifi going and Vickie was Uber on top of things to make sure our stay was great.
