Does the unit provide internet/Wi-Fi connection?
All properties are required to have Wi-Fi. The Network name and Password is noted in a Guest Book in the property.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Can we early check-in early?
We cannot accommodate early check-ins. An additional day will need to be booked for early arrivals.
What is the check-out time?
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Can we check-out late?
Due to cleaning scheduling between guests we cannot accommodate late check outs. An additional day will need to be booked if you expect to stay late.
When do I receive the keys, and how do I obtain them and the other property access implements?
We ask that guests contact our office a few days prior to their arrival date for key receipt information. Our properties vary in key receipt instructions and access it will depend on the property, date and time of arrival as to how keys are issued.
What are the security deposit conditions?
You are responsible for any damages to the property during the period of occupancy in excess of the Damage Waiver coverage of Three thousand dollars ($3,000). In addition, a security deposit ($250 for rentals less than 1 month, $450 for 1 month or more) will be held for damages in excess of the Damage Waiver coverage. Accidental damage protection is included in your reservation fees and covers accidental damage, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period up to $3,000. Any intentional damage or damage due to neglect (such as wind damage to an umbrella or awning by leaving them open and unattended), or accidental damage over $3,000, will be the responsibility of the vacation rental leaseholder.
When can I expect to receive my refunded deposit?
The deposit will be refunded in the form of a check 30 to 45 days following departure. Any charges for items such as pay per view movies will be deducted from the deposit prior to refund, returning mail items left by tenant, or capped utility charges where they apply.
Are bed linens and towels provided?
Each property is supplied with bed linens, bath and pool towels in the owners taste and to match décor.
Does the property have an outdoor barbecue?
Yes. All properties are required to have an outdoor barbecue in good working order.
Does the property have a land line phone available?
Many properties have land line phones with free local, US and Canada calling. If there is no phone it will be stated in the property description. Some owners my agree to add landlines for stays of 3 months or longer, but approval must be discussed prior to booking.
Do you supply dish washing soap, laundry soap or paper products?
The property is stocked with a minimum of paper supplies for your convenience (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one mini bar of soap per bathroom vanity, bath and shower, one roll of kitchen paper towels, one kitchen wastebasket liner). We will supply a small amount of soap and trash liners at check-in. For short rentals of one week or less, these supplies will be furnished. For one month or longer rentals, it will be necessary for guests to supply any additional needs. The Properties may not be supplied with cleaning supplies, condiments or spices. Any supplies left by prior guests can be used with no requirement to replace.
Does the unit provide a hair dryer?
Very few properties supply hair dryers. Guests may want to pack their own as blow dryers are not a required property supply.
Can we bring our pet?
Pets are permitted only in properties that are identified as accepting pets and with pre-approval of the pet from the property owner. We do not accept cats under any circumstance. A non-refundable pet fee will be required; the amount may vary depending on the selected property. In the event the pet fee does not cover damage caused by the pet, additional amounts will be deducted from the security deposit. If after applying both the pet fee and the security deposit, an amount remains to be paid for pet damage, the credit card on file will be charged after notification.
