Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in desirable Monterey Country Club. Located close to the North front gate this lovely 200 plan is furnished throughout in lovely Southwest Santa Fe Décor. The living room steps out onto a west facing fairway patio. A large sectional sofa and comfortable reading chair offers the perfect spot to watch the flat screen TV mounted over the working fireplace. The formal dining room will seat up to eight and there is a small kitchen table and chairs for two for casual dining and morning coffee.
The primary bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV and en-suite with walk-in shower and duel sinks.
The guest bedroom has two twins that have been joined to make a king bed. These beds can be separated depending on guest requirements. There is also a flat screen TV and is located across the hall from the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination.
The shaded west facing patio overlooks the West 2nd fairway and has been perfectly furnished for entertaining with a large gas BBQ, patio table with seating for six and two chaise lounge chairs. A perfect spot for sunset BBQ’s or curling up with a good book in the sun.
This property is located close to a pool. Wireless connection is offered as well as free local and long distance U.S. and Canada calling. Sorry no pets.
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
