This absolutely beautiful, updated condo is located in desirable Woodhaven Country Club.  Completely remodeled from top to bottom in the Spring of 2021, this condo is not only stunning, but has been furnished for comfort suitable for extended stays.  Sunny windows bring in light and an interior atrium adds even more sunshine to this vacation home.  It is a two bedroom, two bath ground level condo with approximately 1,350 square feet of living space. 

Looking over the 1st fairway, the back patio faces east and has a great view of the course.  A beautiful, mature lemon tree just off the patio provides some shade, but there is still plenty of sunshine and it’s a perfect spot for your morning coffee.  The owners have added potted plants around the patio and even a hummingbird feeder for our feathered friends.  Outside dining seats four and there is a new BBQ for the chef.

An open floor plan combines the living room, dining room and kitchen into one huge great room, providing plenty of space for entertaining family and friend.  The large sectional is the perfect size for your entire family to relax and watch TV and is mounted above the spectacular gas fireplace which is truly the focal point of the entire room.   A custom built-in wet bar with wine fridge is another wonderful amenity that guests will surely enjoy.  The wall-to-wall windows to the back patio offer wonderful views of the patio and fairway, and when the sliding doors are open, provides perfect indoor/outdoor living.

The large dining table seats six and there are barstools at the kitchen counter.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream.  All new cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless appliances with gas range, “smart” refrigerator, and all new dining and cookware!  (Spring 2021) This kitchen has just about anything and everything you could wish for or need to cook for family or entertain guests. 

The primary suite has been furnished with a comfortable king size bed, quality bedding, mounted flat screen “smart” TV, ceiling fan and small desk set.  There is a walk-in closet with built-in shelves and the en-suite has his and hers sinks.  The walk-in shower and toilet are in a separate room.

The guest bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable queen bed with quality bedding, ceiling fan and also has a flat screen “smart” TV. 

There is a beautifully updated bathroom located close to the guest bedroom which is also convenient for visiting guests.  It has a single sink and a walk-in shower.

The laundry room has been relocated to the garage to accommodate a full-size washer and dryer and the owners added a utility sink as well.

The two-car garage is accessed through a doorway in the entry courtyard.  The pool and spa are directly across the street … just steps away.

This home has laminate wood flooring throughout with some area rugs.  It has clean lines, decorated in restful colors, no clutter and is bright and sunny throughout.  Oh … and squeaky clean!  There are 3 cable TVs and all TV’s are “smart,” so don’t forget your Netflix and streaming accounts.  This home has land lines with free US and Canada calling and wi-fi.  A lovely home for a month or even six months!  This is bound to be one of our preferred properties.

No Pets and No Smoking!

If desired, tenants may purchase an RFIT tag for their vehicle from the Security Gate for access in and out of the back gate.  Woodhaven has an 18-hole community golf course that is open to the public and offers golfers an experience that is fun, fast and at a fair price.   Woodhaven also has a tennis center and shop with eight public courts and four pickle ball courts, classes and leagues. Check Woodhaven Country Club website or call the clubhouse for current golf, tennis and pickleball fees and membership packages.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
