This is an absolutely stand-out vacation home in Tuscany, a private gated community of spacious homes in Rancho Mirage.  This highly renovated (2022) four bedroom, 3.5 bath home has over 2,800 square feet of living space indoors and a large back yard with saltwater pool and spa. 

Newly updated in the summer of 2022, this home has beautiful high-quality vinyl plank flooring, high ceilings, and windows everywhere letting in sunshine all day!  The décor is high polished, modern Italian in blacks, whites, greys and touches of red.  It is elegant yet comfortable, dramatic yet simple and uncluttered and … squeaky clean!  Entering the home, guests step into a small foyer leading to a formal living and dining room, perfect for entertaining.  But the very “heart” of the home is the beautiful great room with kitchen, casual dining, and TV room.  The TV room has been furnished with six theater quality easy chairs and a huge “smart” TV ready for streaming, mounted over a gas fireplace.  Don’t forget you Netflix and Prime Apps!

It's easy to tell that the owners love to cook and entertain.  Furnished with top quality appliances, gas range, double oven, and every cooking gadget you can think of this kitchen is a chef’s dream.  The cabinets are filled with supplies for cooking and beautiful entertaining.  There is also a butler’s pantry between the kitchen and formal dining room, a breakfast table with seating for four and additional bar seating for three, perfect for cocktails while critiquing the chef.  Over to the side is a desk where guests can set up their laptops.

Just off the great room is a convenient powder room.

The primary suite is stunning in its simplicity.  Shiny black lacquer furnishings reflect light from sunny windows and the king platform bed has a comfortable firm mattress, with quality bedding and multiple pillows to choose from.  A large “smart” Roku TV is mounted above the dresser.  The walk-in closet provides plenty of room to hang your clothes and store your luggage, and the en-suite looks like a photo out of a “Modern Homes” magazine!  You’ll have his and hers sinks, a seated vanity, jetted tub, and a shower with seating and so many jets and sprayers, that we’re sure you’ll have the best shower of your life!

There are three guest bedrooms, all with comfortable queen beds and quality bedding, “smart” Roku TVs and ceiling fans.  One guest room has an en-suite with walk-in shower and direct access to the front entry courtyard.  Two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination and dual sinks. 

There is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, utility sink and storage.  The laundry room has direct access to the 3-car garage.  This home is located at the end of a street and has an extra-long driveway with room to park, probably eight cars! 

Everything in this home is new in the summer of 2022.  It has been appointed in high quality, black or white lacquered, Italian furnishing throughout.  The beds are all firm with quality bedding and plenty of pillows.  All bedrooms have sizable Roku TVs, ceiling fans and are elegantly but simply furnished. 

The back yard has a wide covered patio with table/dining seating for six, chaise lounges and additional table seating on the side yard outside the dining room French doors.  The chlorine pool has a sunning deck with umbrella at the shallow end along with a sizable hot tub, and a dramatic waterfall at the opposite end.  Sitting on the back patio or under the flowering Plumeria tree, listening to the sound of the waterfalls on a warm winter day, you’ll know you found your “place in the sun.”

This home has everything.  The owners are determined that this will be a 5-Star property, so if you need something, please ask …  you just might get it.

NOTE: There is a cap on gas and electric of $200 per month. The gas and electric meters are read on the day of guest arrival and again on the day of departure. The owner will pay the first $200 per month of the combined gas and electric charges. Usage in excess of the cap will be deducted from the security deposit to reimburse the owner. A full accounting will be provided 30 to 45 days from guest departure date, allowing time for owners to receive and submit their gas and electric bills to Vacation Rentals of the Desert, and any deposit funds remaining will be refunded per the terms of the Vacation Rental Contract. If guest usage of gas and electric exceeds the security deposit the guest is responsible for the overage. The overage will be charged to the card on file after the guest has an opportunity to review the utility usage calculations.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
