We are happy to offer this newly built two bedroom, two bath, plus den/office vacation home in one of the most desirable gated communities in the desert. Guests will not only have the privacy of a single-family home, but also full access to one of the most welcoming desert communities that offer resort-style activities, clubs, classes, and events for those who enjoy a rich social life. Del Webb Rancho Mirage is a 55+ Community, centrally located in Coachella Valley and is a gated community with 24 hour security gate guards.

The home, completed in August 2023, has almost 1,700 sq ft of living space and the open main living areas are perfect for entertaining friends and family. The home is surrounded by high walls offering perfect privacy when enjoying the outdoor space.

Walking into this vacation home, you will find a cozy office/den with two leather recliners and a big, wall mounted smart TV. This room also has a desk and printer, so is a perfect spot to set up your laptop if you are working during your vacation or just taking care of business during your stay.

Continuing down the hall you will enter a sunny great room with high ceilings, arched doorways and tons of natural light. The carpeted living room leads to a backyard surrounded by privacy walls, perfect for enjoying the covered back patio. The patios is furnished with a dining table and seating for six, three chaise lounges and a natural gas BBQ.

Your home chef will love the kitchen! The kitchen-Aid appliances include a gas stove and built-in oven, microwave, and choice of a Keurig or drip coffee maker. The cabinets come well stocked with everything you’ll need. A huge chef’s island adds cooking space, and four bar stools allow family and guests to visit with the cook or provides additional dining space.

The dining table seats six under a gorgeous vintage Tiffany hanging light fixture that is the owner’s pride and joy!

The living room has been furnished with a sectional sofa and a leather recliner. A big, 60 inch smart TV is mounted above an electric fireplace … both operated by remote. There is also a Blue Ray DVD player and a variety of classic movies. Enjoy the fireplace for ambience or, if it’s a chilly night, it can be programmed to add heat to the living room. The sectional has a pop-up addition making it a comfortable queen bed for additional sleeping or ultra-relaxed lounging in front of the TV. (See picture)

Stepping through the sliding glass doors, you have wonderful indoor-outdoor living. The back and side yards are surrounded by high walls, making your backyard space very private. At this time beautiful desert landscaping is being added.

Back inside, the primary suite is located at the back of the house and is furnished with a comfortable king bed, quality bedding, ceiling fan, wall mounted smart. The en-suite includes a walk-in shower, dual sinks, private toilet, and a walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom and bathroom are located at the opposite end of the home and provide perfect separation from the primary bedroom. Both have been decorated in a fun Van Gogh art theme. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan and wall mounted smart TV. Just outside the guest bedroom is a full bath with shower/tub combination.

A foyer and doorway leading to the garage and down the hall is a laundry room with a new washer and dryer and linen storage.

The attached two car garage is also set up for electric cars with an EV plug … 220 volt, 50 Amp dedicated outlet.

This is a beautifully appointed home. The owners have taken great care in providing everything you would expect in a 5-Star vacation home. There are four smart Roku TVs with Spectrum cable apps including HBO and local channels, high-speed enhanced wi-fi with boosters, making streaming or Zoom calls seamless. Also, an Alexa is located in the kitchen, as well as landlines with free US and Canada calling. The home has solar panels and a water filtration and purifier system to ensure the best quality water. The rental rate includes utilities.

Now here is where the fun comes in … this is a great community for active 55+ guests. Outdoors, enjoy a resort-style pool with lap lanes and a spa and a separate covered pool. There is pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, and a putting green. The 20,000 square foot recreation center features an indoor golf simulator, billiards with pool tables, and a wine-room for community parties and events. There is also a world-class fitness center gym with trainers available plus aerobics and exercise classes. There are card clubs, writers’ clubs, line dancing and line dancing lessons, and over 30 additional clubs and a variety of classes. They have community parties and events, and all this is available to guests if they possess the “all important activity FOB,” and our lucky guests will receive two of these fobs during their stay at this property. This will get you into most activities, pools, restrooms, etc. The clubhouse does not have dining, but they do offer events from time to time, so you guests will want to check the community bulletin boards … as are shown a couple of the photos. This is truly a “resort rental” and I bet you won’t want to go home! Act fast to grab this property before it’s too late.

Note: Tenants and guests must follow all traffic and community rules and regulations. Vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
