This is a great 3-bedroom 2 bath vacation home located in one of Palm Desert’s most popular gated communities, Desert Breezes. This vacation home has just over 1,600 sq. ft. of living space and a fantastic, gated back patio that overlooks a greenbelt with pool. The patio faces east so you’ll get plenty of morning sun. And just steps from the pool and spa.
“Via Granada” is just across the street and within walking distance of the world-famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, host of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament. It is also within close walking distance to the HOA club house, pools, tennis courts and gym. The patio has been furnished with an outdoor sitting area, conversation table with firepit and BBQ grill.
Inside you’ll find comfortable contemporary furnishings in the living room with high ceilings and a wall of windows letting in plenty of natural light. The smart TV over the fireplace has cable channels and through a sliding glass door, you’ll step out to the beautifully landscaped back patio.
There are two dining spaces in this home. A formal dining room that seats six and a breakfast area on the far side of the kitchen that seats four.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is well supplied for everyday cooking or entertaining guests. The breakfast area is perfect for casual dining and is a sunny spot with mountain views for your morning coffee. Please note that the ice dispenser on the refrigerator does not work.
The primary bedroom has been furnished with a king bed, smart TV with cable channels, walk-in closet and sliding glass doors leading to the patio. The en-suite has his and hers vanities and a walk-in shower.
Located on the other side of the living room are two guest bedrooms, each with queen beds and smart TVs with cable channels.
The guest bathroom located in the hall, is handy to both guest bedrooms and has a combination tub/shower.
The floors in the main living spaces are easy to care for tile and there is carpet in all three bedrooms. There are plantation shutters in the living room, dining room and primary bedroom, and ceiling fans in the breakfast area, all three bedrooms and the back patio. Other amenities include high-speed internet and a landline with free US and Canada calling. There is also an attached two car garage with direct access to the kitchen, and a laundry area is also located in the garage.
This home is located in Desert Breezes, a gated community and lovely, welcoming neighborhood across from the famous Indian Wells Tennis Stadium off Fred Waring and Washington Street. It has community pools, alternately heated during the colder months, fitness center, clubhouse and lighted tennis courts. Desert Breezes is located a short distance from El Paseo Drive (the Rodeo Drive of the Desert) with many acclaimed restaurants, fantastic shops, art galleries, and lively bars and nightlife. If you’re a golfer, you can take your pick of world-class courses in the area; if you’re a hiker, be sure to spend a day exploring the Indian Canyons, or challenge yourself on the “Bump & Grind,” or one of many designated hiking trails. Other fun things to put on your calendar: The Thursday Night Village Fest in downtown Palm Springs, a day at The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, Empire Polo Grounds, the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Joshua Tree National Park, a drive through Box Canyon and the San Andres Fault, a shopping day at the Cabazon Outlets or a night testing your luck at one of the six Coachella Valley casinos.
No Pets, No Smoking
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
