SPACIOUS VACATION HOME IN TRUE "PALM SPRINGS" STYLE - Step back in time! This spacious three bedroom home has the wonderful feel of "Palm Springs" located in desirable Indian Wells, the Heart of the Desert. The great room offers plenty of seating, working fireplace and large flat screen HD cable TV with blue-ray player. The formal dining room has original model home 60`s decor and seats six. An additional dining room off the kitchen seats four and doubles as a card or game table. The primary suite has been furnished with a king size bed and traditional 60`s furnishings, cable TV, walk-in closet and private en-suite with duel sinks and fun 60s step-down shower/tub combination. Both guest bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds. The guest bath has a traditional shower/tub combination. A small powder room is located just off the kitchen and laundry and is convenient to the pool area.

This vacation home is located on an over sized lot and has a spectacular private back yard and pool. The pool is surrounded by expanses of grass and lush tropical landscaping and offers stunning mountain views. A separate hot tub located just off the master suite is ideal for relaxing after a day of golf or shopping.

This property has the feel of 60`s Palm Springs living but with all the current updates and amenities to make your vacation a truly memorable experience. Wi-Fi and free local, US long distance and Canada calling included. Owner will consider a small dog. Please inquire first for approval and pet fee information.

NOTE: There is a step down into the living room and also a step down into the master shower.

Utility Fee: There is a cap on gas and electric of $200 per month. The gas and electric meters are read on the day of guest arrival and again on the day of departure. The owner will pay the first $200 per month of the combined gas and electric charges. Usage in excess of the cap will be deducted from the security deposit to reimburse the owner. A full accounting will be provided 30 to 45 days from guest departure date, allowing time for owners to receive and submit their gas and electric bills to Vacation Rentals of the Desert, and any deposit funds remaining will be refunded per the terms of the Vacation Rental Contract. If guest usage of gas and electric exceeds the security deposit the guest is responsible for the overage. The overage will be charged to the card on file after the guest has an opportunity to review the utility usage calculations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
