Welcome to Ciao Bella where you’ll find a little bit of Italy and a great deal of luxury, comfort, charm and a really big personality!  This home offers the indoor/outdoor desert lifestyle you’ve been looking for with plenty of room for family and friends.  A great home to relax but truly made for entertaining.

Venezia is a small, gated community of gorgeous, high-end homes, located in the Heart of the Desert, convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment.

Through the front gate, you enter into your own private piccino (mini) villa with seating around a gas fireplace and views of the western mountains.  Sunny during the day and cozy in the evening under the stars.  Beautifully landscaped with flowering vines, desert plants and a tiered fountain.

Stepping through the front door … Hello Beautiful.  The Tuscan décor is breathtaking down to the smallest details.  The main living area is where everyone is sure to gather.  It is furnished with comfortable seating arranged in front of a beautiful gas fireplace and built-in entertainment center with Smart TV, a wet bar, and a formal dining area that seats six.  Just down the hall you’ll find a convenient powder room for your guests.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream with cooking grotto, granite countertops, quality appliances, gas range, double ovens, prep island and bar with seating for four.  There’s even a pot filler and spaghetti pot just waiting to be filled for “pasta night” … but don’t forget the red wine.  The kitchen is extremely well supplied with everything you need to prepare casual meals or set an elegant table for guests.  The kitchen also has a desk in front of a sunny widow and a kitchen table for casual meals.  Truly a kitchen that loves a cook … or vise-versa! 

Originally a four-bedroom home, one room has been converted to an office/den with desk and comfortable sofa.  It has doors that close for privacy.

The luxurious primary suite has been furnished with a comfortable king bed with quality bedding, Smart TV and chaise lounge in front of a sunny east facing window.  A perfect reading spot, and through a glass door, has direct access to the poolside back patio.  The en-suite has an oversized soaking tub, his and hers sinks, seated vanity, private water closet and walk-in shower with bench and handheld shower wand.  There is also a window which brings in plenty of natural light.

The interior guest bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable king bed with quality bedding, mounted Smart TV and also has a walk-in closet and en-suite with single sink and combination shower tub with handheld shower wand.

A third bedroom is located outside in a private casita.  It is furnished with a comfortable queen bed with quality bedding, Smart TV and en-suite with single sink and walk-in shower with handheld shower wand.

Your favorite spot in this vacation home may be the spectacular poolside patio, impeccably furnished for comfort with two seating areas, chaise lounges, outdoor dining for six and a lighted outdoor kitchen with gas grill. Additional amenities include a ceiling fan and misting system for warm days, a propane heater and yet another fireplace for cool evenings!  But the perfect back yard would not be complete without a pool and spa.  The crystal-clear Pebble Tec pool has a small tanning bed with umbrella and easy steps into the pool.  And the spa overflows to the pool creating a relaxing waterfall that adds to the backyard ambience. 

I cannot say enough about this beautiful home.  The stunning Tuscan is warm and comfortable inside and outside with so many charming details.  The kitchen has everything you could wish for and is ideal for entertaining.  Every piece of furniture is quality and was chosen with comfort in mind.  The home has tile floors throughout the living areas with plush carpet only in the two inside bedrooms.  The casita has tile floors.  The back patio faces east and gets lots of morning sun and there are windows everywhere letting in plenty of sunshine and natural light.  It is truly a dream of a vacation home.

The attached garage is accessed through the kitchen and has room for two-cars in the garage with additional parking in the driveway.  The beautiful landscape surrounding the home and patios are professionally cared for once a week and the pool is cleaned twice a week.  The home has TVs in the living room, all three bedrooms and high speed wi-fi.  There are no landlines, but the owner will consider adding this amenity with free US and Canada calling for bookings of three months or longer.  Please inquire first.

The back patio has a propane heater, and it will be the responsibility of the guests to replace the tank as used.  There is a cap on gas and electricity year-round.  Please call for details.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
