The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely updated and it has cathedral ceilings in the living room, a beautiful live atrium bringing in lots of natural light with wood-look tile floors and newly painted walls throughout.

Located on the corner of the 4th and 5th south fairways, this vacation home has a spectacular double fairway view from the back patio and a northern exposure. There’s even a couple of sand traps making it a great location to watch golfers play through. The extended back patio has a propane BBQ grill, built in snack bar, outdoor dining, ceiling fan and two chaise lounges. A wonderful spot to enjoy a book, cup of coffee or glass of wine. Or sit and relax and enjoy the sunshine!

The living room is perfect for entertaining family and friends and is furnished with a sofa, loveseat, a comfortable new swivel rocker with matching ottoman and has a “smart” cable TV with DVD player located in the living room wall unit.

The dining room is open to the living room and provides seating for six. The kitchen has been completely updated with high-end stainless appliances, gas stove, new cabinets and granite countertops. There is a small table that seats two for casual meals or visiting with the cook. It is well stocked and ready for everyday cooking and entertaining. It overlooks the golf course and has access to the back patio.

The primary bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable king bed, flat-screen cable TV, a large walk-in closet and has a private updated on-suite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower with hand-held shower head.

The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The guest bath has been updated and has a combination shower/bathtub.

The Den/office doubles as a third bedroom and has a door that can be closed for privacy. It is furnished with a sofa bed, “smart” cable TV and a desk perfect for setting up your laptop. There is also a doggy door that leads to a “live” atrium that is ideal for a small dog.

In this 300 floor plan, there is a laundry closet located in the hallway.

This lovely vacation home also has Wi-Fi and a land line with Free U.S. and Canada calling. The living room and den TVs are “smart” so don’t forget your favorite stream apps, and all three TVs have Spectrum cable channels.

The garage is accessed through the courtyard. The owners have a golf cart and personal items stored in the garage but there is still room for one car inside the garage and two in the driveway.

The owners may allow a small dog but there is a pet fee, and we must request owner’s approval first.

This wonderful vacation home is located on a quiet street at the back of Rancho Las Palmas and is just one building from a community pool and spa. It’s a lovely property in a well desired community, close to many wonderful amenities, dining and shopping, and so much to do!

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
