Guests will love this gorgeous 30 plan, end unit at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Traditionally decorated throughout with comfortably furnishings, this vacation home has three bedrooms and two baths.

The living room has a large sectional and two comfortable armchairs perfect entertaining family and friends, and a large “smart” TV … so make sure you bring your Netflix and Prime passwords! Through the sliding glass door, you’ll step out to yet another living space on the north facing extended patio. The patio overlooks the 2 South Fairway and to the west has a panoramic view of the San Jacinto Mountains … breathtaking when covered with snow. Also, Rancho Las Palmas sets up a Bocce Ball Court just off the golf course and within view from the patio. The patio is beautifully furnished with high-end outdoor seating, more in the fashion of an extended living room, plus a dining table for six and gas BBQ.

The dining room has seating for six and the kitchen as a pub table that seats two.

The owners love to cook, so the kitchen is very well supplied and ready for entertaining friends or preparing everyday meals. The dishes, serving ware and cookware are of good quality and perfect for preparing anything from a holiday feast to a casual meal.

The master suite has been furnished with a comfortable king bed, quality bedding, cable TV and private on-suite bath. The master bath is completely updated with walk-in shower, handicap assessable and his and hers vanity.

One guest bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV, and the second guest bedroom has two twins and Roku steaming TV. The guest bath has also been updated and has a combination tub/shower.

Other amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV in the living room and all three bedrooms and an interior laundry room. There is not a landline, but the owners may consider adding landlines with free US and Canada calling with reservations of four months or longer. Please inquire first for pre-approval from owners.

This is a no pet, no smoking property.

The owner has one vehicle stored in the garage but there is ample room for an additional car inside the two-car garage and parking in the driveway. The pool is close by, across the street and you are in very close walking distance from the back gate and weekend College of the Desert Street Fair.

Note: The floors are Mexican tile, beautiful but are uneven and may not be suitable for anyone who has walking challenges.

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
