This Rancho Las Palmas vacation home Sparkles! Newly remodeled, this 200-plan condo has an added third bedroom, and walls removed to open sightlines between the living room, dining room and kitchen. It has beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout, bright white fresh paint, and windows along the back of the condo showcasing the extended back patio, two fairways and mountains beyond.
The home has been decorated with modern furnishings, two sofas and occasional chair in the living room, and a large “smart” TV with cable channels. The dining table seats four and there are an additional two barstools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has stainless appliances and is well supplied for preparing meals for family or entertaining.
Through sliding glass doors in the living room and kitchen, you step out onto the North facing back patio furnished with seating areas and a dining table that seats four. There is also a propane BBQ grill for your outdoor chef.
The primary suite is furnished with a king bed, “smart” cable TV with DVR and a ceiling fan has been added (not pictured). The spa-like en-suite has his and hers vanities and a walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen bed and desk and chair.
An oversized atrium has been converted to guest bedroom #2 and is just off the living room and primary suite. It has been furnished with a full/double bed.
The full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway. The two car garage accesses from the front courtyard. Two community pools and spas are located within a short walk.
This home can comfortably sleep six. It has Wi-Fi and two “smart” TVs. The living room TV has a Spectrum cable app, and the primary bedroom has a Spectrum cable DVR box. The home is immaculate, barely used and squeaky clean … light, bright and relaxing.
The owners will consider a small dog paying a dog fee. Please inquire first for approval.
It is possible to purchase an RFID tag to use owner’s entrance at front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details.
Rancho Las is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickleball facilities, so tenants can play paying the current fees. It is within walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues and this particular condo is a short walk to the College of the Desert weekend street fair.

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
