You will fall in love this completely updated condo, filled with charm and comfort.  This popular 20 plan has two bedrooms perfectly separated for privacy and ideal for two couples or one couple with guests.  The décor is traditional, featuring gorgeous and interesting art, unique decorator touches, cathedral ceilings in the living room, carpet in living areas and bedrooms and plantation shutters throughout. 

The living room has been furnished with a comfortable sectional, a couple of side chairs and a large entertainment cabinet with a “smart” cable TV and DVD player.  There is also a desk overlooking the back patio, providing the perfect place to set up your laptop.  Through the wall of windows, a sliding glass door leads to the back patio that overlooks the 6 East fairway and has a sunny south facing exposure with mountain and lake views. 

The back patio is furnished with a dining table that seats four and two chaise lounge chairs.  There is also a retractable awning and ceiling fan for the warmer days.  This home also has a private entry patio with a gas BBQ and a small table with two chairs. 

The updated kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances and is supplied with everything you will need for cooking casual family meals or entertaining guests.   A handy pass-through bar opens to the dining and living room and has bar seating for two, perfect for casual meals or visiting with the cook.

The dining room has seating for four and there are additional chairs to seat six.  There is a lovely side buffet with place settings and additional items for entertaining.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan and mounted cable TV.  Like the living room, there is a wall of windows and a sliding glass door that leads to the back patio.  The fully update en-suite has his and hers vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet.

The guest bedroom located at the opposite end of the condo has been furnished with a comfortable queen bed and through a sliding glass door, steps out to the entry courtyard.  The guest bathroom, located just outside the bedroom door, has a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Among the many amenities, there is circulating hot water throughout the condo.  So no waiting for hot water to dispense.  A full-size washer and dryer are in the hallway.  A two-car garage is accessible through the courtyard; however, the owner has one vehicle stored in the garage leaving room for tenants to park one car in the garage and up to two cars in the driveway.  It is just a short walk to the pool and spa.

The owner may consider a small, quiet, non-shedding, well-behaved dog.  There will be a pet fee and owner must pre-approve.

This has been a beloved family home for many years.  It is very well maintained and filled with amenities and comfort.  This is a home you will want to return to again and again.

Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests.  Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
