Charming Monterey Vacation Home!
This is a great vacation home, beautifully furnished inside and out, comfortable and full of amenities. It is the popular 20 floorplan and has 2 bedrooms which are located on opposite ends of the condo offering great bedroom separation and perfect privacy for two couples or a one couple with guests.
A large sectional sofa is situated in front of the cable TV in the living room with patio and fairway views through wall-to-wall windows.
The dining area seats 4 and there is a pass-thru bar into the kitchen with two bar stools, providing a great spot for casual dining or to set up your laptop! The kitchen has updated appliances and is well equipped for everyday cooking or entertaining.
The primary bedroom suite has been furnished with a comfortable “quality” king size bed, beautiful linens, cable TV and ceiling fan. It also has direct access to the back patio through sliding glass doors so guests will wake up to the morning sun and golf course views. The ensuite has his and hers vanities and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, quality bedding and ceiling fan and the guest bathroom is located just outside the bedroom with a single vanity and traditional shower/tub combination.
The extended back patio has been newly furnished (pictures coming soon) and overlooks a double fairway, 3 & 4 East. It is furnished with a dining table with seating for four and a living area set with firepit table. (Tenants are responsible for supplying and refilling the propane tank) A gas BBQ is located in the entry courtyard.
The new owners are adding final touches to the condo and are taking great care to provide beautiful and comfortable décor. Amenities include Spectrum cable with Xumo Stream Box in the living room & primary bedroom, and high-speed wi-fi. This home does not have landlines, so you will need to use your personal cell. However, for 3 month or longer stays, owners will consider adding landlines with free US and Canada calling. Please inquire first for owner’s okay.
The laundry area is located inside the condo, in the hallway just outside the guest bathroom. There is two-car garage that is accessed from the entry courtyard. The pool and spa are within walking distance, about 5 buildings away and the condo is located in a quite section of Monterey, towards the back of the country club.
Owners may accept a small dog with pet fee. Please inquire first for owner approval and more information.
No Smoking Please!
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
