Great Mountain Views in this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condominium. Sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the fairways as you barbecue or dine. The great room provides ample seating with the sectional sofa as you relax and watch the large flat screen TV. The dining room table seats 4 and the bar counter near the kitchen provides additional seating for two. The well equipped kitchen provides the necessities for cooking and is easily accessible to the dining room. The primary bedroom has a Cal king size bed and Smart TV. The en-suite has a glass block walk in shower. There is also a Cal King bed in the guest room. The guest bath has a combination tub/shower. Wireless Internet connection is available as well as free local and long distance U.S. and Canada calling. No pets.

Note:  The owner has a personal car in the garage but there is still enough room for one guest car in the garage and two in the driveway.

Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests.  Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

WE DO NOT RENT FOR THE COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH MUSIC FESTIVALS at any property that is able to accept a short-term rental.

Guests are expected to comply with the City of Palm Desert's Vacation Rental Ordinances. A copy of the City's Good Neighbor Brochure is in the Guest Book.
