ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS Inside and Out – You will not want to leave! First let’s talk about the amazing view! From the back patio, this vacation home faces full west and overlooks the west 8th fairway. During “season” you’ll get panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains while you sit on the patio with t-shirts and flip-flops and text pictures to your friends back home who are shoveling snow! Beautifully furnished for outdoor dining, entertaining, or just relaxing with a good book. You will love the retractable awning on the warmer days, the comfy cushions every day and your outdoor chief will love the gas BBQ grill conveniently located just outside the kitchen door.

And talk about location, location, location … this vacation home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, across the street from a pool and spa, and just a short walk to the clubhouse!

Inside, you have the same spectacular mountain views through the wall-to-wall windows, and with these views, the owners did not add a TV to the main living area … hard to pay attention to the TV … it’s just too difficult to look away from the windows! The great room has high ceilings, lots of windows (as previously mentioned), tile floors and is sunny, spacious, unclutter and squeaky clean. Appointed with comfortable modern furniture in creams and white with pops of bright colors, it is a beautiful space for entertaining or relaxing.

The wall between the living area and kitchen has been removed to create an open floor plan and a bar added, which is perfect for casual meals, visiting with the cook or even a spot to plug in your laptop and set up office. It is table height and has four comfortable chairs.

The kitchen has been updated and furnished with new appliances, a flat top stove and built-in over and microwave. Whoever gets stuck with the dishes will probably not mind … they’ll get that spectacular mountain/fairway view. The kitchen has been very well stocked and is ready for preparing casual meals or entertaining guests.

The converted atrium is the perfect spot for the dining table, located directly under a skylight and ceiling fan. The table seats four and can also double as a game or bridge table.

Off to the far side is a TV room with “smart” TV with cable (don’t forget your Netflix and streaming accounts), a very comfortable reclining sofa and easy chair with ottoman.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed (two twins together), quality bedding, a “smart” TV with cable, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and en-suite. The en-suite has his and hers sinks, a seated vanity and walk-in shower with safety bars and hand-held showerhead.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, quality bedding, ceiling fan and has direct access to the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The laundry area is in the hallway and there is a two-car garage and plenty of parking space in the driveway.

Amenities include two cable TVs, land lines with free US and Canada calling and high-speed wi-fi. The owners have a cat which they occasionally bring to the condo, but they do not accept pets of any kind, or smoking.

This is a stunning home with spectacular views. It sleeps up to four and is ideal for both short stays and lengthier monthly visits. This is not a typical “vacation rental.” It was decorated and furnished as a second home and that shows in every way. Meticulously clean and well cared for, this is a lovely spot to stay in the desert!

No Pet or Smoking!

Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests.  Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
