The dining room, just off the kitchen, seats four and there is a handy portable dining table and chairs for additional entertaining space. 

The owners love to cook, and this kitchen is a chef’s dream with everything you’ll need to cook casual or elaborate dinners.  The kitchen is very well supplied and has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a gas range.  There is additional bar seating between the kitchen and dining room with three stools, ideal for visiting with the cook.

Just off the kitchen and living room entry, is an updated guest bathroom with walk-in shower.  

Down the hall, on the way to the garage, there is an office/den, with a desk to set up your laptop, a chair and ottoman, cable TV and a sunny mountain view through the sliding glass door.  The room has a door that you can close making this a perfect quiet space where you can escape for a bit of privacy.

The primary suite has a comfortable California King size bed with quality bedding, mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors that lead to the back patio.  It is a sunny, spacious room decorated in blue tones.  The beautifully updated en-suite has a walk-in shower, vanity, and plenty of storage space.

The guest bedroom could be considered a second primary bedroom!  It has also been furnished with a comfortable California King size bed with quality bedding, mounted smart TV, ceiling fan and sliding glass doors leading to the courtyard patio.  The private en-suite has been updated and has a shower/tub combination.

This amazing home is surrounded by sunny windows on three sides.  It has smart TVs with Spectrum Aps in the living room, office/den and both bedrooms, high-speed internet and the owners will consider adding landlines for three month or longer stays. (Please inquire first) There is an attached two car garage and room for two cars in the driveway.  The community pools rotate heating every-other year.  There are two pools within easy walking distance. 

Wilshire Palms is a small, gated community of 120 spacious condominiums.  The community sits on 40 acres and boasts rolling greenbelts, lush landscaping, three tennis courts, four pickleball courts, six community pools and several spas.

It is located on Country Club Drive within walking distance to Eisenhower Medical Center and about one-half mile from the Albertson’s and Bristol Farms shopping centers on Monterey Avenue and Country Club Drive.    Wilshire Palms is nestled in the heart of the desert close to golf courses, casinos, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and El Paseo. 

This condominium is a rare find.  It has the feel of a home rather than condo, with nearly 2,000 sq ft of living space, beautifully furnished and all the comforts you would expect for an extended stay.  It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything.  This is the kind of vacation home that you will want to return to again and again.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
