Lovely 2-bedroom condo with one of the best views in Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.
Located directly on a lake and fairway with panoramic views of the San Jacinto Mountains beyond, this vacation home offers some of the most breathtaking views in Rancho Las Palmas.
This popular 300 plan is spacious and perfect for a family who loves to cook and entertain. The atrium and third bedroom were modeled into a dining space and enlarged kitchen with center island. A home obviously for guests who love to cook. The kitchen is well supplied for preparing family meals or entertaining guests. There is seating for three at the kitchen bar and the formal dining room seats six.
Note: The icemaker does not work. Icetrays are provided.
The living room has a sofa, love seat and two comfy chairs for watching TV or enjoying the great views and afternoon sun through the wall-to-wall windows.
The primary suite has a new firm Cal. King bed (Fall 2022) and cable TV. The en-suite has his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has either a king or two twins, and bedding for both. Guests may choose how they would like the guest bedroom set up.
The guest bathroom in the hallway has a single sink and a shower/tub combination.
The extended back patio has two chaise lounges, a dining table and chairs for four and a natural gas BBQ grill. This home also has an awning over the back patio for warm afternoons. And did we mention the magnificent panoramic views! This is a great home for indoor-outdoor living.
The pool and spa are located across the street and the home is located at the back of Rancho Las Palmas near the Monterey Avenue gate and just a short walk to the weekend College of the Desert Street Fair which is hugely popular during “season.”
This is a great home for an extended stay. It has lots of natural light through windows and skylights, comfortably furnished and is in good repair with plenty of room and no clutter.
There are two TVs with DVRs and Spectrum cable channels, and the living room TV has a Roku adaptor so you may use your streaming apps. There is Wi-Fi and landlines with free US and Canada calling. The laundry is located in the hallway and there is an attached two car garage with access through the entry courtyard.
No Smoking & No Pets.
Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.
