Rancho Las Palmas Dream Home

This vacation home has it all … Southern exposure from the back patio, on the pool and completely remodeled and newly furnished from top to bottom.  It is one of the most beautiful vacation homes available seasonally in Rancho Las Palmas and our company is very proud to represent the homeowners and offer it to our guests.

A beautiful fire and ice fireplace has been added to the living room and is visible from three sides.  A large flat screen “smart” TV with Spectrum cable app is mounted just above and creates the room’s focal point.  The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional and an easy chair with ottoman.  Through the wall-to-wall glass and sliding door you have a perfect view of the back patio and southern mountains beyond. 

The extended back patio has a short wall with a gate leading to the pool and spa, only steps away.  The patio has been beautifully furnished with a gas BBQ grill, dining set that seats four and comfortable outdoor living furniture and a propane firepit.  (Tenants are responsible for refilling the propane) With the living room sliding glass doors open, this home offers perfect indoor/outdoor living.

Back inside, the dining room has seating for four and just off the dining room, in the converted atrium is a charming sitting area and office.  The perfect space to set up your laptop or for a working-vacation.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream!  All new custom cabinets, marble countertops, top-of-the-line stainless appliance and a gas range.  The cabinets are filled with just about everything you can imagine for casual cooking or entertaining guests.  Whoever is stuck with the clean-up will love the patio view through the picture window able the sink and through the sliding glass doors you step onto the back patio with easy access to the propane BBQ grill.

Just off the sitting room is the primary bedroom and it is absolutely stunning and beautifully furnished with a comfortable king bed with quality bedding and a sizable mounted “smart” TV with Spectrum cable app.  The spa-like en-suite is equally as stunning with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, dual vanities, back-lit mirrors and an amazing walk-in shower with multiple jets and both overhead and hand-held shower features.

The guest bedroom, equally as lovely is furnished with two twin beds, mounted “smart” TV with Spectrum cable app, and has sunny windows looking out to the entry courtyard. 

The guest bath is located just across the hall and has a beautiful porcelain vessel sink and a walk-in shower.

This gorgeous vacation home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in highly-sought-after Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.  It has vaulted ceiling in the living room, skylights in the sitting room/office, new tile floors in all traffic areas and new carpeting in bedrooms.  Ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms and great attention to details throughout.  There is no landline at this home so please bring your cell phone.  Owners may consider adding landlines for reservations of three or more months.  It also has high-speed wifi.  There is a lovely, gated entry courtyard with seating and is a perfect spot for reading a book.  The two-car garage is attached to the condo but is accessed through a door in the courtyard.  The owners have a personal golf cart stored but it is not for tenant use. There is enough room for one car in the garage and two in the driveway.

No Pets and No Smoking.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
