This is an absolutely gorgeous vacation home … newly renovated from top to bottom and is a much sought after 3,000 Plan.  With just over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space this spacious condo has  three bedroom suites with king beds, cable TV and private baths, plus an office with queen size sofa-bed and lots and lots of charm and amenities! 

The first thing guests will notice upon entering, besides the sheer size of the great room, is the amazing panoramic view!  This south facing condo is located on the top of a hill, overlooking several fairways with the Santa Rosa Mountain range beyond and sunshine all day long!  This is the number 1 view on everyone’s wish list!  The patio is furnished to maximize indoor/outdoor living and entertaining.  This patio is set up more for living rather than outdoor dining.  There is a convenient awning for the warm days which has an automatic sensor to retract when the wind comes up.  There is a pub table that seats three, an outdoor living room set with fire pit and a Weber BBQ grill. 

The great room has cathedral ceilings, a custom gas fireplace, mounted cable TV with DVD player and plenty of comfortable furnishings for entertaining family and guests. 

The kitchen is a chef’s dream.  High quality stainless appliances including a gas range.  Floating shelves float on custom tile walls and give a fresh, clean look to the kitchen.   Food, cooking and serving ware are all stored in cabinets and drawers below.  The huge island with custom leathered-granite waterfall top, is spectacular and the focal point of the room.   The supplies and cookware are ample and beautiful with all the amenities you would expect in a 5 Star vacation home.  The dining table seats four and there is counter seating for six.

The office has been furnished with a desk and a queen size sofa bed.  This room has a door that can be closed, but there are two open windows between the office and great room, so this room does not have total privacy. 

The spacious primary suite has been furnished with a king size bed with quality bedding and cable TV.  The en-suite has a soaking tub, walk-in shower and his & hers vanities. 

Both guest bedrooms have king size beds with quality bedding, cable TV and private en-suites with walk-in showers.  

There is a powder room in the hallway for guests and the laundry with new front load washer and dryer are also located in the hallway.  The garage is accessed from inside the condo and has a convenient keyless entry and insulated garage door which helps keep your vehicle and stored belongs cool during the warmer times of the year.

This vacation home is highly updated and re-imagined, from top to bottom. This includes all appliances, cabinetry, doors, windows, beds and linens.  The bedrooms have cushiony carpeting and the rest of this home has beautiful tile floors.  There are five skylights throughout that bring sunshine and all have shades that can be closed for sleeping.  The great room, office and all three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

This property has Wi-Fi, four cable TV’s and a DVD player in the living room.  There are no land lines, so please be sure to bring your cell phone.  The owner does occasionally bring her cat, so this property is not suitable for anyone with severe cat allergies.  Owner does have furnishings and carpet cleaned often.  Please inquire first if you have concerns.

Propane for Fire Pit is to be refilled at tenant’s expense as needed.

The owner has two private golf carts in the garage which are not available to guests.  There is ample room for one car inside the garage and parking in the driveway.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage.  Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE:  Rancho Las Palmas has discontinued their use of transponders for gate access.  They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights.  The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer.  RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days.  All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas.  The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only.  For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay.  An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100.  This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter.  Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
