Centrally located at The Oasis Country Club in Palm Desert where you can enjoy all the benefits the Coachella Valley has to offer. 3 miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, a short drive to the Historic Old Town LaQuinta, a stone’s throw to the trendy El Paseo, and about a 20-minute drive to the Palm Springs Airport.
You will find this totally remodeled 1787 sf 3-bedroom 2-bath home to be the ultimate getaway you are looking for to enjoy in the desert. Built in 2001, this single level home is situated on the 3rd hole fairway of the immaculate Oasis 18-hole Executive course. The north facing backyard features stunning golf course and lake views, as well as the most unbelievable sunsets.
The home is absolutely perfect to enjoy as a small group but has the room to entertain friends and family. The living space is separated into two areas, one is fabulous for watching movies or sports on the big screen “smart” TV with cable and enjoying a quick bite to eat. The other side features a formal dining room table with seating for 6, great for hosting friends, playing games or setting up a puzzle. Also in this area is a cozy sitting room, more intimate for enjoying the views or reading a book…also with a big screen “smart” TV with cable...both have fabulous views of the golf course.
The kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances and just about everything in the home is new, from the furniture to the linens to the dinnerware & small appliances. The primary bedroom features a California King bed, a beautiful large walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed & comfy chair...and is located next to the guest bath, which also has a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom is set up as an office with beautiful hardwood floors and is ideal for checking e-mail and doing a few things when you aren’t on the golf course or enjoying the many events the desert has to offer. The single bed is great for a quick nap or when the kids come to visit and there is a computer screen that can be hooked up to your laptop. Sorry, no closet in this room as the built-in desk is taking up the closet space.
The outdoor area is where you will probably spend most of your time as you can’t help but just want to look at the pristine golf course or watch the wildlife play in the lake. BBQ your steak on the gas grill and enjoy your meals on the outdoor patio table, or have an evening cocktail under the covered patio area, complete with a comfy couch and chairs.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This vacation home is very well maintained and squeaky clean. It is light, bright, comfortable and beautifully supplied with everything you could possibly need during your stay. There are two big screen smart TVs, so don’t forget to bring your Netflix and Prime passwords, and of course there is wi-fi. Don’t forget your cell phones. This home does not have landlines, but owner will consider adding for 3 or 4 month rentals, but you must inquire first. The owner has a personal golf cart in the garage which cannot be used by tenants, so there is room for only one small car inside the garage. Plenty of street parking across the street as there are no neighbors on that side of the street. Large wide-open street on this part of the club.
The Golf Course and Tennis/pickle ball courts are available for guests to use for a small fee. Please contact the Pro Shop for more details. Monthly deals and options are available as well.

For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE
Oasis front gate is only manned from 6 a.m. until midnight. Tenants must have a hanging tag to enter Oasis after gate guarded hours. At this property, KYB740, the owner has provided one hanging tag for their tenant's vehicle. If a second tag is needed, it is possible for tenants to purchase one from the admin office for the duration of their stay. Please contact the administration office for further information since requirements, rules and costs may vary from year to year and are completely outside of our control.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
