The living and dining areas are open to the east facing back patio.  The well equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream. There is plenty of counter space and a chef’s island that has barstool seating for casual dining. The oversized primary suite features a king size bed, gas fireplace, comfortable sitting area and cable television. An adjoining en-suite features his and hers vanities, a large soaking tub overlooking a lovely outdoor atrium, a walk-in shower and a private water closet with toilet and bidet. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, cable television and a private bath. The living room has a smart TV, and the primary bedroom has Roku. This home has an attached garage and is just steps to a heated pool and spa. This wonderful home offers everything you are looking for in a desert vacation home … comfort, style, amenities, location, well maintained … all offered at a great price. Owner may accept a small dog under 25 lbs. with pet fee.  Please inquire before booking.  No smoking please.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
