Come Enjoy the Fun!  This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in desirable Palm Desert Resort Country Club, also known as “The Resorter” is absolutely charming!   With 1,065 sq. ft., this home is just the right size for one or two couples, is comfortably furnished and has updates throughout.

This vacation home has an open floor plan making it ideal for entertaining family and friends.  The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two chairs and has Frontier/Fios smart TV with local cable channels.  

The dining area seats four and there are two counter height bar stools at the large kitchen counter that provide a perfect space for setting up your laptop.

The kitchen is nicely appointed and has a new dishwasher, newer stove and plenty of prep space.  The refrigerator is standard and does not have an icemaker, but ice trays are provided. 

This vacation home is located on the 1st tee and overlooks a double fairway from the east facing back patio.  It has such a BIG view!  From the patio, you’ll have a perfect view of the desert’s spectacular sunrise over the Chocolate Mountains then shortly after, you’ll enjoy watching the early golfers play through while sipping your morning coffee.  The patio is well furnished with dining table that seats four, umbrella and two chaise lounges.  There is also a BBQ for your outdoor chef. 

Talk about “A Room with a View,” the sunny primary bedroom also offers spectacular fairway and mountain views through east facing windows and a sliding glass door that leads to the back patio.  The room is furnished with a comfortable California King bed with quality bedding and has Frontier/Fios smart TV with cable channels.  There is a large closet and dresser with plenty of storage space for extended stays.  The updated en-suite has a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Down the hall on is a guest bedroom, well separated from the master suite.  The guest bedroom is furnished with two comfortable twin beds, dresser and sizeable closet.  There is also a kit in the bedroom closet that can be used to convert the two twin beds into a comfortable king.  It is simple to use and we can assist with this conversion upon request.

The updated guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination and single vanity.

There is a laundry closet in the garage with full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.  The garage has plenty of space for two cars and there is room for one car in the driveway.

Amenities include high-speed internet (100/100 mbps) and land lines with free US and Canada calling.

In addition to a newly refurbished 18-hole golf course (2021), just six doors down is a pool and spa (one of the 20 community pools in The Resorter), 9 tennis courts and 20 pickleball courts.  Close by is the “Resorter Café” and Clubhouse. 

About the Palm Desert Resort Country Club:  The Resorter is a gated community consisting of 960 homes and has 24-hour guard service.  It is set against spectacular panoramic views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains.  The par 72, championship golf course is “open to the public” has mature trees and lush landscaping. Strategic locations of the many water hazards and sand bunkers, as well as a choice of four tee placements on every hole, provides a challenge for both the experienced and novice golfer alike.  An excellent practice driving range and a teaching pro are available to improve your skills.  The Resorter also offers world-class pickleball and tennis and has been named the Valley’s Premiere Pickleball and Tennis Club for three years running.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
