This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo in desirable Palm Desert Resort (often referred to as The Resorter) has been highly updated throughout and has a wonderful mix of contemporary and mid-century modern décor.  It’s squeaky clean, perfectly maintained and has a spectacular view from the extended, and covered, back patio.

The great room has high ceilings and a wall of glass looking out to the back patio and fairway.  The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and two side chairs and a large flat-screen smart TV with cable channels.  There is a round dining table that seats four with a view of the fairway.   The kitchen is a chef’s dream!  Updated with gorgeous custom cabinets and storage galore, granite countertops, stainless appliances and supplied with everything you’ll need for preparing casual meals or entertaining guests.  The pass-through bar has seating for four and is perfect for casual dining, visiting with the cook or setting up your laptop.

Through sliding glass doors you step onto the extended back patio overlooking the fairway and the clubhouse in the distance.  The patio has been furnished with a dining table that seats four and additional seating just outside the primary bedroom.  The patio faces east so you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching a gorgeous pink sunrise, and later wave at the golfers as they play through.  The landscaping is beautiful, and the owners just added a Pergola for shade during the day and fun solar lights, adding sparkle to the evenings.

The primary bedroom is newly furnished with a king bed, a bench, ideal when putting on shoes, shutters, ceiling fan and cable TV.  Through sliding glass doors, you have direct access to the back patio.  The en-suite has also been updated and has a walk-in shower.

Located at the opposite side of the condo, offering perfect bedroom separation for privacy, you’ll find the guest bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan and cable TV. 

The guest bathroom located in the hallway just outside the guest room has also been updated and has a shower/tub combination.

This is an extraordinary find in The Resorter.  The new owners have painstakingly updated and decorated their vacation home and are happy to share it with guests for portions of the rental season.  It is meticulously maintained and has been furnished for comfort and relaxation.  The floors are slate throughout with area rugs added for comfort.  There are ceiling fans in the great room and both bedrooms.  With fans on and the windows open, you can bring a perfect desert day ...  inside!  This vacation home has Wi-Fi, cable channels and a “smart” TV in the living room for streaming.  There are no landlines, so please bring your cell phone.

The condo is located one building from the tennis and pickleball courts and a community swimming pool. The clubhouse is just behind the courts, so it is an easy walk.

There is a covered carport for one vehicle and an uncovered space for guests. A full-size washer and dryer are located in a locked laundry closet within the carport.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
