This is a great 30 plan, end unit, with a panoramic western mountain exposure from the back patio.  This condo offers fantastic indoor/outdoor living.  The patio overlooks a wide fairway and the San Gorgonio Mountain range beyond.  It is furnished with a dining table that seats four and two chaise lounge chairs.  There is a firepit, which is perfect for dining al fresco during the winter months and a retractable awning and ceiling fan for outdoor living when it’s too hot.  The owners have just added a new gas BBQ (2019), which is just outside the kitchen door, making it handy for your outdoor chef.

The living room is comfortably furnished and features a gas fireplace and mounted cable TV.  The wall to wall sliding glass doors and windows, offer the best mountain views. 

The dining room table has seating for four and if you flip the top over, you have a full poker table … the owner has even provided a poker set.  This would also be ideal for bridge and other card games.

The indoor atrium is beautifully decorated and brings additional light to the condo.  Since purchasing this condo, the owner has discovered that hummingbirds enjoy the bushes in the atrium and has added a hummingbird feeder.  Guests who enjoy bird watching will want to keep the feed filled and watch.  You’ll have visitors your entire stay!

The kitchen has updated appliances and is well stocked for cooking and entertaining.  There is also a small kitchen table that seats four.   

Originally a three bedroom condo, one bedroom has been furnished as an office/den, with a queen size sofa bed, ideal for the occasional guest and there is a small desk for you to set up your laptop.  This room has a door that can be closed for sleeping privacy or to use as a quiet space for reading, etc.

The primary bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed, quality bedding and cable TV.  There is a private en-suite with his and her vanities and a walk-in shower with safety bars and hand-held shower head.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and quality bedding.

The guest bathroom as a tub/shower and owners have left the fun wallpaper as a nod to the 70’s … it is quite a charming bathroom and is sure to be enjoyed by guests!

This is a very nicely appointed and furnished condo that is very comfortable for either a short or extended stay.  The views, patio and living areas cannot be beat.  This is destined to be one of our favorite vacation homes!

This home has two cable TVs … one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.  A DVD player in the living room, Wi-Fi and telephones with free US and Canada calling.

No Pets and No Smoking! 

Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests.  Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
