Newly listed 2 bedroom, 2 bath 20 plan. This floor plan offers great separation between the two bedrooms, located at opposite ends of the condo. Primary bedroom has king bed and en-suite with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has queen bed. Guest bath has shower/tub combination.
The kitchen has updated appliances and has been recently painted. The dining room table seats 4 and there is a handy pass-through bar between the dining room and kitchen. There are TVs in the living room and primary bedroom. The home has wi-fi, but no landlines, so please make sure to bring your cell phone.
The laundry is located in the hallway inside the condo, and the garage is accessed through a door leading off the entry courtyard. The gas BBQ is also located on the entry patio, convenient to the kitchen.
July 2024: The new owners are currently replacing all carpet and tile throughout with wood-look, high-quality laminate flooring. They are also repainting walls and adding new window coverings. Pictures will be posted once the updates have been completed.
This condo is located right on the swimming pool and has gorgeous panoramic Western Mountain views.
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
