The great room with cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows looks out onto the extended back patio and has been furnished with a huge comfortable sectional sofa big enough to fit the entire family and perfect for entertaining. When not enjoying the stunning view, guests will enjoy the large flat screen cable TV mounted above the gas fireplace.
The dining area has seating for six and there is additional seating for four at the kitchen table. The kitchen is well supplied and has all stainless appliances.
The primary suite has a comfortable king size bed with quality bedding, a settee, a flat screen cable TV and a ceiling fan. The en-suite has his and hers sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen size bed with quality bedding, a flat screen cable TV, ceiling fan and a day bed that can double as a child’s bed for those with young children.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with quality bedding, a flat screen cable TV and ceiling fan.
The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
The inside laundry room has beautiful new washer/dryer set and small folding and storage area. Walk through the laundry room into the attached garage.
The south facing extended back patio overlooks the west 5th fairway and is just steps from the pool and spa, heated during the winter months. This home is surrounded by mountain views and gets lots of sunshine! Enjoy an afternoon BBQ on the gas grill conveniently located just outside the kitchen door. There is an outdoor dining table that seats four and an additional sitting area as well as two chaise lounges with a standing umbrella that can be moved with the changing sun.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi and free U.S. and Canada calling. All TVs have Roku and are Smart. The location of this condo is close to the Monterey Country Club south gate, so it is a very close walk to the weekend College of the Desert Street Fair. Monterey Country Club is convenient to shopping, the McCallum Theater, restaurants, the city Aquatic Water Park, the Mall and El Paseo.
This owner will consider a small dog but we must receive approval from the owner first and there will be a pet fee. Please inquire before booking.
No Smoking Please!
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
