Comfortably furnished throughout, this home is a great setting for one or two couples. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, both located at opposite sides of the condo, this home offers perfect separation for privacy.


This vacation home has contemporary furnishing throughout with many lovely touches. In the living room, a huge sectional sofa is situated in front of the flat screen HD TV and through the wall to wall patio windows, guests can also enjoy the sunny fairway and mountain views. The living room TV has cable, surround sound, smart apps, and a DVD player.  Over to the side is a desk that guest will find handy during their stay.


Just off the living room, there is a dining area that seats four and a handy pass-through bar between the kitchen and dining area makes entertaining easy and allows the cook to visit with guests. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and white appliances. It is also well supplied with everything you’ll need for casual cooking or entertaining.


The primary bedroom suite has been furnished with an adjustable king size bed (head and foot of bed raises with remote), new linens, “smart” cable TV, and has direct access to the back patio and views beyond. The en-suite has been updated with raised countertops, his and hers vanity, and a beautiful walk-in shower.


The guest bedroom also has a comfortable king size bed, new linens, and direct access to the front entry courtyard and the private guest bathroom is just steps away.


The guest bath has a single vanity and shower/tub combination.


The south facing back patio overlooks the North 3rd fairway, a lake with fountain and the mountains beyond. It is furnished with a dining table that seats four and two chaise lounges. Guests can enjoy many sunny hours relaxing, entertaining, and watching the golfers play through.

This property is well maintained and squeaky clean. The owner has a personal golf cart in the garage, which is not for guest use, but there is plenty of room in the garage to park one car.


Amenities also include cable channels and both TVs are “smart,” so don’t forget your Netflix and Amazon account info. Wi-Fi is provided and the owner will consider adding free local, US and Canada long distance calling for longer stays, but please inquire first. There is a natural gas BBQ grill on the front entry courtyard, with easy access to the kitchen. The laundry room is located inside.

This is a wonderful property on a quiet street and located is close walking distance to the pool and spa.


No Smoking and No Pets!

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

We couldnt have hoped for a better stay. The home is nicely renovated, furnished comfortably, super clean and located in a quiet area of the community.
