Let's start at the front gate … you’ll enter the private courtyard with a sparkling pool and spa which can be heated in the cooler months. The courtyard is well appointed with outdoor dining that seats six, a fire chimney, awnings and lush, well-maintained landscaping. A new gas BBQ will delight the outdoor chef and is convenient to the kitchen through a door that leads to the back patio and kitchen. The tiled back patio is East facing and overlooks the 2-North Fairway. The furnishings offer perfect indoor-outdoor living and has lush landscaping, two ceiling fans and an awning for those warmer sunny days.

Inside, the great room is, well … great! Vinyl wood-texture hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, ceiling fan, plantation shutters, light-bright-sunny, high-end furnishings and supplies, beautiful and comfortable …. what more could you possibly ask for?

A huge sectional sofa offers plenty of seating in front of the gas fireplace with mounted “smart” TV and DVR in the living room and through the sliding glass door, extend your living space onto the back patio. The dining area seats six and there is additional bar seating for three overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen is absolutely stunning with no corners cut. High-end appliances, gas range, quartz countertop, custom cabinets, perfectly supplied and features a center island with storage galore! This is a kitchen that will inspire your inner chef!  Dazzling!

Just down the hall is a wonderful den/study/office. The owner calls it the “man cave,” but I call it a “bonus!” It’s a perfect quite space for working or relaxing. The doors can be closed for privacy and there are two overstuffed, cozy chairs with ottoman, ideal for reading or watching TV. There is also a desk for setting up your laptop and the “smart” TV also has a Spectrum cable app. The owner has left a printer, but guests will be responsible for replacing the ink. With two skylights, this is a sunny room, and a ceiling fan will help during the warmer months.

Along the hall you’ll find a powder room for guests, two guest bedrooms, the master suite and a door leading directly into the garage.

The spacious primary suite is furnished with a king bed, dresser, side chair, spacious closet, “smart” TV with Spectrum cable app, ceiling fan and steps out to the pool-side courtyard. The spa-like en-suite has dual vanities, walk-in shower and a large raised soaking tub that’s perfect after a day on the course or courts!

The two guest bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed and one with a queen have their own private en-suites with walk-in showers. This home could very comfortably accommodate three couples!

There is a charming laundry area with full size stacking washer and dryer, utility sink, hanging station and storage just inside the garage, still leaving plenty of room for two cars without getting in the way of wash-day!

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
