The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and flat screen TV.  The en-suite has been updated, has dual sinks, vanity and a walk-in shower with safety bars and a built-in seat.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has a full office located on the East side of the room with two built-in desks and is perfect for a working/vacation.  The guest bathroom has a single sink and combination tub/shower.

There is a dedicated laundry room at the end of the hallway with direct access to the garage.  The owner has a personal golf cart which is not accessible to guests, but there is ample room for one car inside the garage and two in the driveway. 

This home has cable TVs in the den, master bedroom and kitchen as well as high speed wi-fi.  Owner will consider adding land lines with free US and Canada calling for longer stays but please inquire first for owner approval. 

The back patio looks over the 2 West fairway and has an Eastern view.  It is well shaded with fruit trees that guests are welcome to enjoy.  The patio is beautifully furnished and has a gas BBQ and outdoor dining for six … perfect for family BBQs or entertaining.

This is a family home, well loved, cared for and maintained, and is filled with quality furnishings and amenities.  It is located close to the North gate off Monterey Avenue and has easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment.   Monterey Country Club is a private 27 hole golf club.  At this time guests can purchase short memberships to golf, tennis and pickle ball.  Please inquire directly to Monterey Country Club Services.

No Pets!  No Smoking!

Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests.  Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
