The sunny living room has a large mounted “smart” TV with cable channels, a fire and ice gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and mountain views from every window.  Adjacent is a designated dining room with seating for four and a convenient pass-thru bar into the kitchen.

The highly updated kitchen is a chef’s dream with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range and plenty of cabinets filled with everything you’ll need preparing casual meals or entertaining guests.  And there’s a roomy cabinet panty to fill with your favorite treats.

The master bedroom has a comfortable new queen size bed with quality linens, a comfy pa-pa-san chair by a sunny window, a desk, perfect to set up your laptop and a huge walk-in closet.  Slide open the barndoor and you’ll walk into the “A-mazing” en-suite!  Completely custom and spa-like, it has a walk-in shower with rain showerhead as well as a hand-held shower wand and features a beautiful, deep soaking tub.

At the opposite end of the condo is a guest bedroom furnished with two new twin beds with quality linen.  There is also a Roku TV for streaming.  Both cheerful and fun, this room is perfect for guests as well as children.

Just outside the guest bedroom is another spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower. 

The south facing back patio has a comfortable seating area for cocktails at sunset or a cup of coffee at sunrise, a BBQ grill and spectacular mountain views.  It is located close to a pool and spa.

This home has all new tile floors, custom cabinets, skylights, and plenty of windows.  It is light, bright, squeaky clean and very well maintained.  No clutter, no fuss!  It has high-speed wifi, a landline with free US and Canada calling and Spectrum cable channels on the living room and master bedroom TVs, Roku TV for streaming in guest bedroom.   There is an attached two car garage with the laundry located area located in the garage.

Owner may accept one small dog, but must receive owner's approval first.  Smoking allowed outside only!

Casablanca is a gated community and located on a quiet street in Palm Desert.  It has four community pools and spas and there are tennis courts and a pickleball court open for tenants use on a first come, first served basis. The community has lots of trees and floral landscaping and is great for morning and evening walking. Casablanca has easy access to major streets and is close to golf, grocery stores, shopping, and the prestigious El Paseo shopping district with luxury shopping and dining just a short drive away.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.

WE DO NOT RENT FOR THE COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH MUSIC FESTIVALS at any property that is able to accept a short-term rental.
